CYBERBULLYING

In our world where technology is growing rapidly and people are easily influenced by the
internet, various acts are made, may it be positive or negative. Bullying online has become more
prevalent. In fact, it's starting to unfortunately become the norm. Some even produce it for
entertainment. Despite what some may think, victims continue to suffer in silence. Cyberbullying has
contributed to an increase in suicides and loneliness. This is because cyberbullying destroys a person's
emotional, mental, and social aspects in addition to harming an online entity. As a result, an
immediate response is required.

This is just one project out of many. However, there needs to be more advocacy against
cyberbullying, particularly in the Philippines. A petition’s goal can increase public awareness of how
pervasive cyberbullying is in today's society. We want to do more than just spread awareness; we also
want to change things and put an end to new instances of cyberbullying. This concept paper won't
waste the sponsor's time because it will be helpful to everyone, particularly today's generation.

Although it might take some time for the authorities to respond, lives would be saved because
the victims would know that someone is looking out for them to stop cyber-bullying.
