Job Description

Position: Restaurant Manager

Reporting to: Operations Manager

JOB SUMMARY

The Restaurant Manager is a key member of the restaurant management team. He/She
Will serve as first point of contact for all events and will take ultimate responsibility to run the given
restaurant efficiently, effectively and profitably.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare shift schedule in an efficient manner;

• Coordinating the entire operation of the given restaurant(s) during scheduling shift;

• Managing staff through their shift and providing them with feedback;

• Demonstrate positive energy motivating and engaging employees;

• Ensuring all employees adhere to the restaurant’s dress and service standard;

• Train new employees according to operation manuals and review performance;

• Handle customer request and dealing with complaint to continuously improve service;

• Maintaining high standard of food quality control, hyenine, health and safety;

• Checking stock levels and ordering supplies;

• Preparing cash till and providing petty cash as required;

• Maintains customer and vendor files
