JOB SUMMARY
The Restaurant Manager is a key member of the restaurant management team. He/She
Will serve as first point of contact for all events and will take ultimate responsibility to run the given
restaurant efficiently, effectively and profitably.
• Coordinating the entire operation of the given restaurant(s) during scheduling shift;
• Managing staff through their shift and providing them with feedback;
• Ensuring all employees adhere to the restaurant’s dress and service standard;
• Handle customer request and dealing with complaint to continuously improve service;
• Maintaining high standard of food quality control, hyenine, health and safety;
