POKÉMON CHARACTERS

ASH KETCHUM

He’s 10 years old (in “The Battle of The Badge”). He has many
friends: Misty and Brock (the Kanto region and Johto), Misty and
Tracey (in the Orange Islands), Brock, May and Max (Hoenn
region and the Battle Frontier saga) and Brock and Dawn (at the
Sinnoh region).
His rivals are Gary Oak (professor Oak’s grandson)

PIKACHU
Pikachu is a little, yellow mouse – like creature with a lightning bolt tail
and the ability to create an electrical jolt from its cheeks. It’s the
Pokémon that Ash receives from Professor Oak to start his adventure.

GARY OAK
He’s Ash Ketchum’s rival. His Pokémon is Eevee. After the Johto story arc,
Gary decides to become a Pokémon researcher like his grandfather,
Professor Oak.

MAY
She goes with Ash Ketchum on his Pokémon journey starting in the
Hoenn Arc of the story. She gets her first Pokémon – Torchic – from
Professor Birch. She’s 10 years old. She and her brother, Max, traveled
with Ash to Hoenn and Battle Frontier Arcs.

MISTY

She loves marine Pokémon and she wants to be the world’s greatest
Water-type trainer.

MAX
Max is May’s brother. He loves his Pokémon. He’s 9 years old.
JESSIE
 Jessie is a member of Team Rocket with Meowth and James. She is a
bossy person.

JAMES
James is a member of Team Rocket, an organized
criminal syndicate dedicated to stealing and using other
people’s Pokémon for bad things.
