Your friend, Helen wanted to know about your health log. Write a health log to
Helen.

In your email, tell her: -

 What did you have for breakfast, lunch and dinner?


 How much did you exercise/ sleep?

Today, I had a slice of buttered bread and a cup of milo for breakfast. For recess,
I had a cinnamon roll. For lunch, I had chicken rice at home. At 5p.m., I played
badminton with my brother. It keeps me fit and healthy. For dinner, I had a plate
of pasta with meatballs. I had an apple pie for dessert. I went to bed at nine o
clock. I always make sure to have at least 8 hours of sleep every night.
