The guy was just checking out what this job was because his friend had told him about a call center job.
He had a very low voice and tone and wasn’t able to formulate sentences properly in English. There was
also a lack of confidence in him. Overall he wasn’t up to the standard and hence based on everything
mentioned I don’t think he is fit for this job hence I didn’t approve.

The guy is very good at communicating himself in English. He’s been working in Dubai as a
Front Desk Officer and has done IELTS. Me and Steve both took the interview. The guy is very
exceptional in speaking. He has exceptional confidence of all the people we’ve seen so far
along with being fluent in English. He might surpass even Jeff if given proper training.

Overall he is an excellent candidate for the job !

We’ve got a British National here, who came back from the UK. He has a very clear British
accent and can speak well thoroughly. He’s able to speak fluently and wants to work. He’s just
finishing his exams and has only 4 left. He’ll clear them next week and they’re all online so it
won’t be an issue.
