An off-duty NYPD sergeant was punched in the face and knocked to the ground by a biker on the Upper
East Side after he asked the reckless motorcyclist to slow down, police said Wednesday.

The 52-year-old sergeant was walking his dog at East 90th Street and First Avenue around 7 p.m.
Tuesday when he spotted a man whizzing around on a green motorcycle and asked him to go easy,
authorities said.

The two men began fighting — and the biker repeatedly punched the off-duty cop in the face, causing him
to fall to the ground, police said.

The ruthless attacker kept pummeling the sergeant while he was on the ground, before riding off on the
bike, heading east on East 90th Street, authorities said.

Let me guess-not a real motorcycle that is registered and licensed; but another reckless motor
allowed to run amok on the streets of NYC.

At the moment the sergeant became disabled on the ground he should have drawn his weapon
nd stopped the attacker ! Prevent or terminate a felony is still on the books in NYS despite
and her gang of criminal protectors.

Agreed; however, that would have led to looting, arson, property damage and with Gov.
still in Albany, it would have been sanctioned. ‘Succession’ makes ‘ludicrously

We used to shoot people for that, I remember a uniformed cop made a complaint to report local
ids were throwing glass bottle at him while walking his beat. We told him he was making it
for every cop in NYC if he didn't go back and arrest them using the necessary physical force
allowed. ...

The DMZ use to be 96th street. I grew up in that area.

If you were south of 96th street you were mostly safe, 'cept for a occasional mugging.

North of 96th was worth your life to go into.

Thanks to the patehtic libs in n.y. we now have "equal oppprtunity" for the thugs (13% crowd).

Q. How fast will Bragg cut him loose once caught and how much bail, if any, will be required?
As fast as he can and as little as he can possibly get away with.

Anybody who wants a career as a cop seriously needs to reconsider.....The civil society of
merica is being wrecked by the criminal mob called the Democrat Party, and cops are no
welcome in America.

There is no if, but or maybe about it. This rodent will be caught. Manhattan itself has more
ameras than people sometimes. And his movements can even be traced to all the other
because there are tons of cameras out there too.
