typically refers to a more formal and structured process, where a trained counselor helps the
individual explore their emotions and thoughts, and work through specific issues. Guidance, on
the other hand, may refer to more general advice or support provided by a teacher, mentor, or
other trusted individual. Both counseling and guidance can play important roles in helping
individuals navigate life's challenges and achieve their goals, and there is often overlap between
the two in terms of the support and advice provided
