MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING:

Strategic Partnership Agreement

1. Purpose

The purpose of this MoU is to outline how IIMR and ______ will work together to maximize the
benefits from our mutual interests in transforming students in the area of making them industry
ready, as well as identifying the areas for providing training in developing required skill sets.

1. Skill development & enhancement of the students and faculties

3. Better exposure to academic and professional learning platforms

The above goals will be accomplished by undertaking the following activities:

1. Student oriented joint programs for exclusive needs of the companies
2. MDP’s
3. Employee training
4. Catering analytics/consultancy related needs of the companies
5. Developing skill development programs
6. Supporting industry research
7. Teaching programs
8. Syllabus development
9. Student internships and short term projects

2. Scope

The scope of this MoU covers the best management practices IIMR and __________can provide
mutually to the students of BBA and MBA for making them employable.

3. Expectations and Benefits

 Under the terms of this memorandum of understanding IIMR and _______ seek, within
the scope of this agreement, to:
 Create mutual understanding of studentneeds , IIMR need and __________ need towards
developing the industry oriented courses and curriculum to enhance employability in the
area.
 Identify synergies between IIMR and ______ for small real time projects to be carried out
by students in groups to foster the student development and identification and solution
provided by research carried out by them to ___________ .
 Create opportunities for students visits and internship in the specialized area.
 Support the competitive research, and training activities in priority areas that align with
IIMR and _______________ strategies.
  People exchange in the form of seminars, guest lectures, workshops and training
programs for the students of IIMR at one end and providing MDPs to employees of
_________ at other end.
 Identification of opportunities for mutual use of facilities,evaluating the benefit of
collaboration, and introductions to third parties that can assist in defining and scoping
areas of interest to IIMR
 Signposting to academic research, research syntheses to provide the evidence for
_____________ decision-makers.

4. Commencement, duration and termination

The effective commencement date of this working relationship will be the date of the signing
of this MoU and the working relationship shall remain in force for a period of 36 months from
the commencement date.
