Re-opening of the University Campus
Dear Parents / students,

In view of the circular issued by The Higher Education Department and State Government of
Maharashtra to start regular classes, laboratory session and other academic activities at the university
campus, Amity University Mumbai (AUM) has decided to adhere to all guidelines in letter and spirit
for re-opening. Your co-operation is requested in maintaining complete safety while the Covid -19
pandemic is still not over. AUM is going to re-open its campus from 25th October 2021, Monday for
physical presence of students based on the following conditions:

I. Only 50%-day scholars will be permitted to report at the University Campus (It is mandatory
to produce Final Second Dose Certificate of covid vaccine at the entrance gate of the University
Campus).
II. Hostel facility will not be permitted as of now. Further instruction in this regard will follow.
III. The classes will be held on hybrid mode (both on online & physical mode).
IV. Given below is a link to Google Form which you are required to fill and provide complete
information along with Parent & Student at the earliest.
V. When on Campus, social distancing (physical distance of minimum 6 feet) to be maintained
right from the entrance gate of the University as well as all at places inside the University
campus and follow strict covid guidelines.
VI. Maintenance of prescribed hygiene standards and regular sanitization by the students and
wearing mask all time inside the campus is compulsory.
VII. Please contact your respective Head of Institution / Mentor for Class-room allocation.
VIII. All student intending to come to campus is required register their device MAC id on Amizone
to enable you to access AUM Campus internet when on campus.
