• Benchmarking of the GHG intensity results against published reference and publicly
available industry data for the property of similar category
• Reviewing industry peers’ performance to ascertain overall company standing
• Conduct comparative analysis on case study to derive key learnings for possible adaptation
• Identifying industry best-practices in domestic & foreign markets & recommend adaptations
in the company’s sustainability plan

• Identify and review selected building’s operational carbon consumption (Energy and water)
• Identify high-level pathways for the building to achieve Green Building Rating standards
• Proposing low carbon design strategy & enhancement strategies
• To Identify and assist in developing office user policies relating to green building operations
• To assist in developing sustainable procurement guidelines in accordance with green
building rating requirements
