the year 2004, the company has been involved for several years in the
manufacture and supply of high quality FIBER REINFORCED PLASTIC
Reverse Osmosis Membrane Housing and Filament Wound Pressure
Vessel with the brand name ALFA≈AEROSOL™ and being supplied to
leading water treatment RO plant manufacturers and allied industries all
over INDIA. The factory is spread across 32,000 square meter of land with RAW Material Testing
state of art production facilities developed indigenously after thorough
research and established Industrial procedures enabling the company to
provide high quality manufacturing facility to cater to growing demand of
Industry.

The vessels are manufactured using state of “art filament winding

technology” to achieve optimized grade FRP which provides adequate
strength and reliability with proven performance

research facilitates to produce and FRP Pressure Tank developed
indigenously replacing products of highly priced. The company offers Blow Moulding
variety of pressure tanks from 20ltrs to 1000ltrs capacity, available in
single top opening and top & bottom opening.

Features
Ÿ Pressure tanks are made of high performance Composite material
with FRP filament winding.
Ÿ Designed to withstand 250,000 times of cycle test from 10 psi to 150
psi withstanding pressure. Burst test to four times its operating
pressure.
Ÿ All pressure tanks, residential and commercial, are made by a
complete seamless molding technology.
Ÿ All thread inlet made from 30 % glass filled Noryl provides higher
Filament Winding
strength, temperature and pressure limits versus glass filled PE.
Ÿ Liner wall thickness available from 5.0mm to 12mm corresponding
to the tank diameter.
Ÿ Top opening type available for 6” through 36”diameter pressure
tanks; top and bottom opening type available for 14” through 36”
diameter pressure tanks.
Ÿ Reinforced composites are one third the weight of steel tanks.
Ÿ All pressure tanks are 100% corrosion resistant.
