Getting Started

STEP 1 : Obtain a CCO ID


Each employee must generate a username and password (CCO ID) for themselves on Cisco.com to protect their privacy, ensuring
training in progress and other information they view is their own. Please follow these instructions to obtain a CCO ID. Email Cisco
with problems establishing a Cisco.com account.

STEP 2 : Get yourself enrolled in PSS


Request help from your Company’s Administrator to get yourself assigned to your company on Partner Self Service tool. CCO ID
is required for a contact to have access to Cisco resources; if you add a contact with an Email ID, they will not have access.

STEP 3 : Find out your Cisco Sales Contact


The Cisco Sales Contact (Cisco Sales Contact) allows you to view the Cisco Team associated with a given account. Do you need
help finding your Cisco rep? Check the ‘Cisco Sales Contacts’ tab on Partner Self Service (formerly Who Is My Cisco Rep and CAM
locator)

Cisco Commerce, a Cisco sales platform, allows partners to register deals; browse through the rich catalog; configure and price products, software, and related services; and submit orders. Cisco Commerce also interacts
with Cisco’s internal sales tool, Salesforce.com (SFDC), to share opportunities resulting in quotes and orders.
Cisco Commerce Services & Subscriptions (CCW-Renewals, CCW-R, or “Software Subscriptions & Services”) is accessible through the “Services & Subscriptions” tab within Cisco Commerce (CCW). It enables you to buy and
renew software subscriptions and service contracts on the same tool where you already purchase products.

Partner Self Service (PSS)
This guide provides step-by-step instructions for how to use the Partner Self Service (PSS) application. In addition to an overview of the general
processes and capabilities, the guide provides information for obtaining partner level access for managing your information and maintaining
company data, access, and associations.

To access the application, you must complete two steps: Partner Self Service Guide
1. Obtain a Cisco.com User ID and password. Refer to:
https://idreg.cloudapps.cisco.com/idreg/register.do to create your ID. Once
completed, you will receive an email confirming your confirming your Cisco.com

2. Obtain partner level access. This can be completed by associating your profile
with your partner company. Refer to the “Associate Myself with a Company”
section for the steps to complete this task.

Getting Started
To claim or view Cisco incentive payments managed through the Global EasyPay process: • For program related support

Contact Roles
Your company’s PSS administrator assigns roles through Partner Self Service:
• Rebate Coordinator(s): The Rebate Coordinator will receive the GEP email with the unique security PIN to claim the
program payment. You must assign one (1). You may have no more than two (2).
• Program Coordinator: You may assign one (1) Program Coordinator for program communications.
• Copy Contact(s): There may be up to three (3) Copy Contacts assigned. You are not required to have any. Copy
Contacts will receive GEP emails indicating the GEP payment progress.
• Payment Administrator(s): The Payment Administrator manages payment contact information. (Designated partner
PSS Administrators also handles this task.) You may have one (1) or additional Payment Administrators.
