Overview
The e-learning courses in the Cisco Platinum Learning Library or Digital Learning Library are self-paced and modular, with course content broken up into sections
to allow you to learn when you have a few extra minutes.
A Black Belt learner may choose a Virtual Path, where they complete Black Belt Learning Modules or take Black Belt Aligned Trainings - path.
Upon completing the Black Belt training under Black Belt Aligned Training path, a learner will receive the certificate of completion. The Cisco Continuing
Education Program offers all Cisco career certification holders a flexible options to recertify by completing a variety of eligible digital trainings.

The Cisco Black Belt Framework is a simplified & uniform education framework across all Cisco architectures and solutions that helps Cisco partners become
proficient in selling, deploying, supporting and adopting Cisco’s latest technologies and software solutions.
Since its launch in APJC in FY17, Black Belt has seen rapid adoption in all partners segments and routes to market. Black Belt delivers unique offerings such as role-
based enablement, architectural competency elevation, and Return on Education(RoE) metrics for both Partners and Cisco.
• The framework is broken down into role-based tracks, and each track is then
further divided into 3 proficiency levels.
• All trainings can be accessed online through SalesConnect, webinars and
instructor-led trainings (ILTs).

• Partner Lifecycle Services – Support (PLS-Support) gives eligible Gold Integrators and Providers the opportunity to brand and deliver premium level, multi-vendor
solution support. Partners own all stages of customer support, maintain existing alliance partner relationships and have access to Cisco TAC L3 escalation services
to back their branded offer.
• PLS-Support positions partners as transformational advisors who enable their customers to innovate confidently and accelerate time to ROI in an
increasingly complex business environment. It also creates opportunities for partners to expand and differentiate their services portfolio, expand deal size and
grow recurring revenue.
