Ronnie Coleman, The King, is one of the most famous bodybuilders in the world from
the Golden Era of bodybuildng.
I wouldn’t say he is my biggest inspiration, but I decided to write about him because he
deserves to be remembered for the sacrifices he did for this sport and for us,as one of the biggest
motivations.
Introduction
Coleman was known for his incredible muscular size and strength, as well as his unique
training methods and work ethic. He was nicknamed "The King" and "Big Ron" by his fans and
fellow bodybuilders. In addition to his bodybuilding career, Coleman worked as a police officer
for the Arlington Police Department in Texas for many years.
After retiring from bodybuilding in 2007, Coleman has continued to be involved in the
fitness industry, promoting his own line of nutritional supplements and apparel. He has also been
the subject of several documentaries and training videos, and remains a highly respected and
influential figure in the world of bodybuilding.

Ronnie Coleman was born on May 13, 1964, in Bastrop, Louisiana, USA.
