For this composition, I decided to get information about three high-achievers that inspire me
to do my best in everything I do. They are goal-oriented people who are always on the
lookout for exciting ways to grow both professionally and personally.
They are different kind of people, maybe each one them is the best in their field but I was
able to find several commonalities in their routines:
All three think that commitment and dedication are the most important qualities you must
have if you want to achieve your goals. Cristiano Ronaldo starts his day first thanking God
for all his achievements, Caterine and Sylvester don’t either. In the morning Sylvester and
Cristiano love working out, they think do exercise is healthy but Caterine does too, but she
doesn't go to the gym. She likes jogging and bodyweight training her legs. Additionally, they
think a balanced diet is a key element in regards to high cognitive abilities. Sylvester and
Cristiano never eat processed carbs or sugar and neither does Caterine. Caterine y Cristiano
love enjoying time with their family in their free time, they also like to watch sport news on
TV, so does Sylvester but he doesn’t like watch sport news on TV, He likes watch movies.
Sylvester and Ronaldo would not like to get tattoos, they believe that this could cause health
problems in the skin and Caterine wouldn’t either.
In my case, I think I do the same as they do in terms of thanking God for every achievement
and all his blessings, in terms of exercising I do it but not all the time, I think that exercise is
very good for my health and a military man must have that clear objective in order to stay in
shape. When it comes to diet, I'm going to start cutting back on carbohydrates and sugar. I
know it's not going to be easy because most people don't know anything about their
detrimental effects so they always eat them. It was good to find out that they also think
commitment and dedication are essential if we want to get ahead in life. That was a lesson
my father taught me when I was a child and I couldn’t feel more grateful for that.
