you will get that dog. It is simply a tool we use to help both you and us identify a good
potential match for your family and lifestyle.

A successful adoption depends on selecting the right dog for your household and a good
understanding of the dog's needs and care requirements. Please help us with this process by

I agree to give a home to a dog from FURRBALLS under the following


conditions: Read Carefully
· Dogs have to be kept indoors, no outdoor kenneling or locked away in a separate room.
· Dogs must receive appropriate exercise ~ mentally and physically.
· Dogs won’t be left alone for long periods (above 6hours at a time).
· Training methods must NOT involve aversive tools such as choke chains, prong collar,
shock collars etc.
· Dogs will received high quality nutrition and well balanced meals.
· Medical care must be provided at the highest possible standard.
· Dogs will relocate together with the family if the situation arises.
· Dogs must be returned to FURRBALLS if unforeseen circumstances may occur and you
can no longer keep the dog.
· If dog is given to you from us and is too young for spay/neutering, this will have to be
done at 6months of age- if not we will have the right to CONFISCATE the animal.
· We must receive updates on the animal for the first 3 months ensuring the new family
member is adjusting well.
· If giving a home to a BANNED BREED, you are obliged to follow the emirates laws
which are set for such breeds.
· IF you decide to give a Banned Breed, dog ownership can be revoked if said so by the
ministry.
· All animals must be registered with Dubai Municipality under new owners’ names once
trial period is over.
· NON-REFUNDABLE fee as agreed to be paid in advance unless agreed otherwise.
· Trial period of one week unless agreed otherwise.
· Trial period not applicable for puppies under 6 months of age unless agreed otherwise.
· If for any reason the dog you re homed has to be put to sleep we must be informed.

I understand that dogs might not yet be house trained and might have accidents.
They might also have behavioral issues and require further training. Sometimes behavioral issues arise
after months of being adopted this is not something uncommon, please do keep this in mind.
Specifics will always be discussed, and we are supportive every step of the way.

I understand that any misrepresentations may result in my not being approved and/or removal
of the adopted dog from my possession. 

If I am approved to adopt a dog, I agree to pay a non-refundable fee* and hand sign a
contract. (please do not ask for a discount)

I understand that all dogs from FURRBALLS will be spayed/neutered, micro chipped, vet
checked, vaccinated and registered prior to re-homing.

* Fee covers the costs we have had for each animal, e.g. vaccinations, de-worming, micro-
chipping, spaying/neutering, treating of diseases etc. To continue what we do, those funds
need to be reimbursed.

Completing this form is not binding for you to adopt, nor is it a confirmation from our
side that you can indeed re-home said animal.

We do not always have the time to get back to everyone that has been rejected for which ever
