JUNIOR ASSOCIATE

formulating and testing hypotheses, and developing and
communicating recommendations. You’ll also have the
opportunity to present results to client management and
implement recommendations in collaboration with client
team members.

You will structure ambiguous problems and take action
to solve them. You will synthesize clear takeaways from
complex information into clear takeaways and
recommendations using both qualitative and quantitative
methods. You will work effectively with diverse teams to
come up with the best solution and move people and
organizations to act.

ASSOCIATE INTERN
You'll work in teams of typically 3 - 5 consultants to
identify, and oftentimes implement, potential solutions
for a specific client problem or challenge. Together, you
will help clients make lasting improvements to their
performance and realize their most important goals.

SUPPLIER RISK MANAGER

You will shape and implement approaches to deliver on
Optimize’s ESG, risk, and automation strategies. You will
be responsible for managing the risk-based processes
that will enable an efficient and effective end-to-end
supplier onboarding program and user experience. This
includes the ongoing development and implementation
of McKinsey’s supplier risk framework.
