private companies along with FINCO Companies ( The financial arm of an automotive company). Everyday job included building a credit
model and a thorough analysis on liquidity and operating metrics with ratios such as FCCR, FCF as a % of total debt, Debt/capitalization and
many others. Finding out the adjusted EBITDA and analyzing the difference between secured and unsecured debt by going through the credit
agreement, cash flow modelling and along with that testing the model for covenant calculation. Quality checking the work of analysts and
senior analysts in the team. Got the best employee award in 2022.
==>Worked in the valuation space for a famous investment bank. This included only public companies. Everyday job included building a
financial model from the scratch starting from revenue projection to finding out the fair value of stock using DCF and relative valuation. Have
