Fine art definition
what are fine arts?
The Fine art can be defined
as a subjective term that has
evolved over time, just as art
and artistic styles have
evolved, also referred to as
“high art,” has long been
held up as the highest
standard of artistic
expression.
the purpose of fine art is purely
aesthetic, it has no practical
purpose
Can be divided
into seven:
Architecture
Painting
Sculpture
Music
Literature
Dance
Cinema.
Architecture
It is the art
represented by
the construction
of buildings
projecting the
different currents
of thought and
cultures
Example
Painting
It is the
representation of
feelings and
thoughts using
different textures
and tones, to
produce emotions
by capturing
drawings
Example
Sculpture
The use of various
materials is
characteristic of
this art, with
marble, wood,
stone, mud, among
other materials,

the sounds are
manipulated in
order to obtain
an aesthetic
rhythm, they can
be with voices or
instruments
Clientes
Literature
It is the
expression of
human feeling
and living through
words. It is
influenced by
inherited and
current ideas

expression of
emotions with
body movement,
through the
rhythm
Example

Shopenhauer
Shopenhauer Arthur Schopenhauer

German
philosopher born
in 1788 and died
in 1860, he is the
main exponent of
the current of
pessimism. In his
works he awarded
the will as the
primary principle
of life.
Seeks
"Shopenhauer's
pessimism should
not be understood
only as the absence
of hope for the
future, but as a
negative-critical
attitude of
rejection of the
world and life." (C.
Delius, 2005).
For him the different
arts of painting, poetry
and music were
manifested in different
ways, such as:

Painting captures what

we feel about this life
and we project it
physically so that
others can visualize it,
making them identify
with our emotions just
by looking at the work
without words
intruding.
Music does not
show the act of
the phenomenon,
but the essence
of it. It speaks a
language that
reason does not
understand,
revealing the true
nature of the
human being.
Poetry takes
ideas and gives
them a verbal
form, the poet
reflects the
experiences of
his current and
past generations.
That is why they
speak of misery
because it is the
constitution of
our existence.
Art elevates man, it makes him

understand what he is and it

moves him ephemerally away

from the petty, purifying him.
