Culture Center
Culture is considered to be a lifeblood of a diverse society; it is an environment that exposes
human evolution. Culture always comes under the spotlight as a significant social force. It is a
way to express creativity and share experiences with others. A cultural center's primary
purpose is to teach the community about a culture by using events, festivals, and workshops.
Culture refers to it as a way of life for an entire society, including clothing, language, religion,
and rituals, that show high creativity index among people who visited the cultural centers.
Accordingly, culture centers increased their cognitive and technical skills. The existence of
cultural centers is crucial for developing social thoughts of individuals and expanding their
perceptions. It is also a source of interest and wonders. It can provide emotional and
intellectual moving experiences. According to Perkumienė and Kleinienė (2013), tasks of the
culture center's functions must be fully understood in terms of cultural activities and the
people's current needs.
Culture centers provide opportunities for self-expression as well as a better understanding and
connection to history. According to Assari (2018), cultural centers must include entertainment
sections and education, such as arts and theater, which increase social interaction between
people and accommodate different groups of society like working groups, youth, and children.
Assari (2018); Perkumienė and Kleinienė (2013), agreed that culture centers have a significant
role in developing a person's skills and increasing his/her thought. Therefore, the cultural
center should give more attention in terms of the type of activities they offer. As a result of
what two authors have explained about culture centers, more attention must be paid to
different groups to provide diverse and varied activities that meet their needs. Developing a
questionnaire is something meaningful to discover what services people want to try. The
required facilities must be studied and appropriate educational programs prepared.

Education
Education is a fundamental pillar in all societies, which is the defining element in humanity's
development and their awareness. The result of countries indicates the growth of education
and the increase of people's culture. It encourages quality learning among individuals of any
age group, caste, creed, religion, and area throughout their lives. It is the mechanism of
Awareness, principles, talents, beliefs, and spiritual behaviors that are accomplished. The
ultimate way to win victory over overall personal and social issues is knowledge. An indication
of the importance of understanding and exploring cultures is what mentioned in Holy Quran,"
(to be accounted equal with a disbeliever)? say (unto them, O Mohammed): Are those who
know equal with those who know not? but only men of understanding will pay heed shows that
people who learn and are familiar with other countries' cultures are in a higher position than
people who know nothing. To reach a specific educational curriculum, governments must target
appropriate resources and policies to improve society's development and increase its economy.
Education assessment has a significant role in helping the country quickly rise to global ranking.
Lack of interest in education assessments is what developing countries have been suffering
from as they do not care about these assessments, which significantly impacted the educational
role. According to Van der Berg (2018), this gap must be filled by undertaking new initiatives to
design and then expand the evaluation scop using the PISA system to solve education in
developing countries. It shows the extent to which countries still have to do, which improves
the quality of teaching and increases each individual's gross domestic product. As a result,
education is an essential element for cultural centers that enhance individuals ' development
and improve his/her educational attainment. To obtain an excellent academic level, educational
evaluations must be reviewed.
