Requesting a signature
In the file details, on LibreSign tab, click to request a signature for the document.
Inform the email of the requested person and a description to be seeing when the
document is to be signed.
It can be requested many people as needed. The list is displayed as you add. To finish, click
to submit request.
An email with a link to the document in the Nextcloud instance will be sent to all people that requested a
sign.
Signing a document
If the requested person does not have an account in the Nextcloud instance, will be directed
to the page to create an account.
If the person already has an account in the Nextcloud instance, is directed to the login page.
Logged in, the person will be directed to the open file and will have to type a password to
sign the document
A success page will be displayed after the signature.
Verifying a signature
A link to the validation page will be displayed on the signed PDF.
An information page about the sign document will be displayed by clicking the link.
It also possible to obtain the signed doc information by accessing the validation URL and
typing the UUID
