Important Instructions: Candidates will be Screened-in for Interview on the basis of a valid
GATE – 2021 or GATE – 2022 Scores. The GATE paper and the subject of qualifying degree of the
candidates must be as per the disciplineas mentioned above in the table. Candidates are advised to be
careful while filling their GATE Score(not GATE marks or GATE Rank), as the shortlisting will be based
on the Scorefilled in the Application Form. ICRB will be verifying the GATE Scoreof the applicants. On
verification, if it is found that the candidate’s GATE Score(as entered by him/her) is false, then ICRB
reserves the right to take appropriate action (including criminal proceedings) against the candidate.

प्रदिय अपन ते हुए आिेिन कर सकते हैं । आिेिन केिल ऑनल इन ही प्र पत दकए ज एां गे। पांजीकरण के पश्च त,
आिे दकों को ऑनलाइन पं जीकिि संख्या प्रदान की जाएगी, वजसे भविष्य में संदभड के वलए संभाल कि िखा जाना

How to apply: The application for on-line registration will be hosted in the ISRO website
between 29.11.2022 and 19.12.2022. The candidates registered under National Career Services (NCS)
portal and fulfilling the eligibility conditions may apply duly following the procedure stated.
Applications will be received on-line only. Upon registration, applicants will be provided with an on-
line Registration Number, which should be carefully preserved for future reference. E-mail ID of
the applicant is to be given in the application compulsorily. The last date for submitting on-line

Application Fee: The Application Fee is ₹250/- (Rupees Two Hundred and Fifty only) for each

Candidates may contact their Banks and ensure successful payment of application fee. Candidates may
utilise alternative methods of payment (offline payment) if required. Ensuring a ‘successful payment’
from “Payment Status” link in ISRO’s website is mandatory for the candidates]. The process followed
for each case is shown below:

shown a web page displaying registration number. On the same web page, there exists a “Make
Payment” button which the candidate may click and follow the payment process as outlined below.

Though application fee charged by ISRO is same across the payment modes the bank charges and
taxes may vary. Therefore candidates are required to carefully follow the instructions shown. In case of
Net banking and debit cards payments, the candidate on successful payment will be redirected to ISRO
web portal and shown a page displaying transaction details.

During entire payment processing do not click REFRESH or BACK button, else session will be aborted.

The qualification prescribed is the MINIMUM requirement and the same does not automatically make
candidates eligible for Interview. Shortlisting of the candidates for Interview in the ratio of 1:7 shall be
based on the GATE Scores awarded and not on GATE marks or GATE Rank. The candidates will be
assessed based on the following attributes, viz. Technical (Academic) knowledge [40 marks],
General Awareness in relevance to the area of Specialisation (technical) [20 marks];
Presentation/Communication Skill [20 marks]; Comprehension [10 marks] and Academic
achievements [10 marks], totaling to 100 marks. Candidates will have to score minimum 60 marks
in the Interview and PWBD candidates will have to score minimum 50 marks in the Interview. For
generation of the final panel, 50% weightage will be given to GATE Scores and 50% weightage to
Interview marks.
