उप हों के बृहतम् तारा-मंडलों म से एक है। भारतीय तारा-समू ह सिहत नौसं चालन (नािवक), ांितक रा ीय अनु योगों के िलए
सात उप हों के तारा-समूह के साथ े ीय थित णाली पर आधा रत एक तं भारतीय उप ह को ज ही चालनीकृत
िकया जाएगा। मंगल कि िमशन, च यान-1, ए ोसैट जैसे कुछ वै ािनक एवं अ े षण िमशनों ने अंतरा ीय र पर ान
आकिषत िकया है। यू .आर.एस.सी. ारा िकए जाने वाले भिव के िमशन अ ंत चु नौितपूण ह एवं नवीनतम ौ ोिगिकयों को
िवकिसत करने के िलए अवसर उपल कराते ह तथा अंत र अ ेषण एवं उससे परे के िलए उ त आधारभूत संरचना की
थापना करते ह।
U R Rao Satellite Centre (URSC) situated in Bengaluru of Karnataka State is the lead centre of ISRO for
satellite technology. URSC is in the forefront of spacecraft technology towards conceptualization, design,
development, fabrication, testing, launch and in-orbit management of spacecraft. As a sequel to its mandate
of spacecraft development, the centre is engaged in development of cutting edge technologies of relevance
to its activities and infrastructures set-up for design, development, fabrication and testing of spacecraft.
Over a period of four decades, URSC has successfully established Indian National Satellite (INSAT)
system, which is one of the largest domestic communication satellite systems in Asia-Pacific region and
Indian Remote Sensing (IRS) system which is one of the largest constellations of earth observation
satellites in operation. NAVigation with Indian Constellation (NAVIC) an independent Indian Satellite based
regional positioning system with a constellation of seven satellites for critical national applications will be
operational shortly. The Space science missions like Chandrayaan-1, Mars Orbiter Mission,
Chandrayaan-3, Aditya-L1 and Astrosat have received World Wide acclaim and put India in the global map
while at the same time inspiring the Gen next. The future missions being undertaken by URSC is highly
challenging and provide opportunity to undertake development of innovative technologies and establish the
advanced infrastructure needed for space exploration and beyond.

इ ै क ने अंत र यान िनयं ण क , टी.टी.सी. भू - े शन ने टवक, गहन अंत र नेटवक, नौसं चालन अिभयान (िमशन) हे तु भूखंड, िजसम सटीक
समय सु िवधा, अंत र िव ान डाटा क सिहत अ व ु एं शािमल ह। इसके अलावा इ ै क रे डार का िवकास, खोज व बचाव काय ( चालन)
और उप ह संचार नेटवक के िलए हब सेवाओं के िवकास सिहत कई अ गितिविधयां करता है । इ ै क अ अंत र एजे यों के िमशनों के
िलए टी.टी.सी सहायता भी दान करता है । इन उ े ों की पू ित के िलए इ ै क ने बगलू , लखनऊ, मॉरीशस, ीह रकोटा, पोट े यर,
ित वनंतपु रम, ू नेई, िबयाक (इं डोने िशया) और गहन अंत र ने टवक शनों पर भू े शनों का एक नेटवक थािपत िकया है । इसने अपनी
िविभ गितिविधयों को पू रा करने के िलए कई अ ाधुिनक सु िवधाएं भी शु की है।
ISRO Telemetry Tracking And Command Network (ISTRAC) is the premier ground segment solution
provider for ISRO’s satellite and launch vehicle missions. As a part of this, ISTRAC has established
Spacecraft Control Centres, TTC Ground Station Networks, Deep Space Network, Ground Segment for
Navigation mission, which includes a precise timing facility, Space Science Data Centre among other things.
In addition, ISTRAC performs a host of other activities including development of Radars, Search and
Rescue Operations and hub services for Satellite Communication Networks. ISTRAC also provides TTC
support for missions of other space agencies. Towards, these objectives, ISTRAC has established a
network of ground stations at Bengaluru, Lucknow, Mauritius, Sriharikota, Port Blair, Thiruvananthapuram,
Brunei, Biak (Indonesia) and the Deep Space Network Stations. It has also commissioned/ is
commissioning several state-of-the-art facilities to carry out its various activities.

अलग ई हो एवं िजनका पुनिववाह नही ं आ हो, वे भारत सरकार के आदे श के अनु सार आयु सीमा म छूट के िलए पा ह।
Relaxation in upper age limit by 05 years for SC/ST candidates and 03 years for OBC candidates, against
the vacancies reserved for these categories. Wherever vacancies are not reserved, SC/ST/OBC/EWS
candidates may apply on par with UR candidates, in other words, no relaxations are available against UR
vacancies. Departmental candidates; Ex-servicemen (ESM); Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD);
Meritorious Sports persons; Widows; Divorced Women and Women judicially separated from their
husbands and who are not remarried are eligible for age relaxation as per Government of India Orders.
Candidates seeking upper age relaxation should produce relevant certificates as issued by the competent
authorities.

The employees appointed will be governed by the National Pension System. In addition to the gross emoluments

PM) तक की अविध के दौरान हो िकया जाएगा। आवेदन-प मा ऑनलाइन पर ही ा िकए जाएं गे । ऑनलाइन
पंजीकरण करने पर, आवेदकों को ऑन-लाइन पंजीकरण सं ा उपल कराया जाएगा, िजसे भिव संदभ के िलए सुरि त
रखना होगा। अ िथयों को यह भी सलाह दी जाती है िक भिव संदभ के िलए ऑनलाइन आवे दन का ि ंटआउट रख
ल।
The link for the application for on-line registration will be hosted in the ISRO / URSC / ISTRAC web-sites
www.isro.gov.in / www.ursc.gov.in / www.istrac.gov.in during the period from 10th February 2024
(10:00 AM) to 01st March 2024 (11:55 PM). Applications will be received through on-line mode only.
Upon on-line registration, applicants will be provided with an on-line Registration Number, which should
be carefully preserved for future reference. The candidates are also advised to take a printout of the
online application for future reference.

The Applicants registered under National Career Service (NCS) Portal and fulfilling the eligibility conditions

It may be clearly noted that online application once submitted cannot be edited later. Hence, applicants are
advised to verify whether, all details entered in the application are correct, before final submission of the
application.

If any changes are to be made in the online application, the applicant may apply once again. In case of
multiple applications, the latest application for which application fee is remitted will be considered as valid
application. However, applicant should avoid submission of multiple applications for the same post.

E-mail ID of the applicant will have to be provided in the on-line application correctly and
compulsorily (Hall Tickets / Call letters for Written Test / Interview / Skill Test for those who will be
screened-in will be sent through e-mail only and no separate hard copy will be sent).
 अनापि माण-प / No Objection Certificate:

अ थ जो क /रा सरकार, सावजिनक उप म, ाय िनकाय आिद म कायरत ह, को कौशल परी ा के समय अथवा जब
भी बु लाया जाए तब संबंिधत िनयो ा से ‘अनापि माण-प ’ ु त करना होगा। िफर भी, अ थ िनयोजक को सू िचत करने
के उपरां त तथा पूव अनुमित ा करने पर ही पद के िलए आवेदन दे सकते ह। एक अ थ के िलए, यिद आवे दन दे ने के
उपरां त रोज़गार िमलता है /प रवतन होता है तो यह आव क है िक अ थ अपने िनयोजक को अपने आवेदन के िववरण को
सूिचत करना होगा तथा अिनवाय प से कौशल परी ा के समय एन.ओ.सी. ु त करना होगा। कौशल परी ा के समय यिद
अ थ एन.ओ.सी. की मू ल ित ु त करने म असमथ होगा तो को कौशल परी ा म भाग लेने होने हे तु अनुमित नही ं दी जाएगी
तथा या ा भ ा का भी भुगतान नही ं िकया जाएगा।
Candidates who are employed under Central/State Government, Public Sector Undertakings,
Autonomous Bodies etc. have to submit ‘No Objection Certificate’ from the employer concerned,
at the time of Skill Test or as and when called for. However, the candidate should apply for the
post only under intimation to and with the prior permission of the employer. For a candidate, who
gets/changes employment after applying, is required to inform the employer the particulars of
his/her application and shall mandatorily submit NOC at the time of Skill Test. Any candidate, who
fails to submit NOC in original at the time of Skill Test, shall not be permitted to appear in the Skill
Test / Interview and TA will not be paid.

The Photograph uploaded should be very clear to identify the candidate. Similarly, signature uploaded
should be clear and legible. Failure to meet these requirements in the online application will lead to
cancellation of candidature.

Candidates will have to produce proof of details regarding educational qualification prescribed for the post,
caste certificate (i.e.SC/ST/OBC), Income and Asset Certificate for Economically Weaker Sections (EWSs),
Discharge certificate for Ex-Servicemen and Disability Certificate for PWBD candidates as and when called
for.

6. आवेदन शु का भुगतान / Payment of Application Fee:
 वै ािनक/अिभयं ता-एस.सी./तकनीकी सहायक/वै ािनक सहायक के िलए ₹250/- ( केवल दो सौ पचास पये ) का गै र-वापसी
आवेदन शु है। हालां िक, ारं भ म सभी अ िथयों को ोसेिसं ग शु के प म ित आवे दन के िलए समान प से ₹750/-
(सात सौ पचास पये मा ) का भुगतान करना होगा। ोसे िसंग शु केवल िल खत परी ा म उप थत होने वाले अ िथयों को
लौटाया जाएगा।
There is a non-refundable Application Fee of ₹250/- (Rupees Two Hundred and Fifty only) for Scientist /
Engineer – SC / Technical Assistant / Scientific Assistant. However, initially all candidates have to uniformly
pay ₹750/- (Rupees Seven Hundred and Fifty only) per application as Processing fee. The Processing
fee will be refunded only to candidates who appear in the written test.

The Application fee will be collected only through Online mode vide SBI e-Payment gateway and the link for
making the payment will appear on submission of the online application. The fee can be paid using any one of the
following modes:

Refund of Application Fee: The Processing fee will be refunded only to candidates who appear in the written
test, as under:-

After deducting the Application Fee in respect of all other candidates: ₹500/- (for Scientist / Engineer –
SC / Technical Assistant / Scientific Assistant) and ₹400 (for Technician-B / Draughtsman-B / Cook /
Fireman-A / Light Vehicle Driver-A / Heavy Vehicle Driver-A) will be refunded.
 डीफा से , आवे दन शु की वापसी (रीफंड) को मू ल भुगतान िविध को ही िकया जाएगा। हालांिक, मूल भुगतान िविध म िकसी भी
िवफलता के मामले म, अ थ ारा आवेदन म िदए गए बक खाते के िववरण म रीफंड िकया जाएगा। इसिलए, ोसेिसंग शु की वापसी
की ा के िलए अ िथयों को अपने बक खाते का िववरण सही ढं ग से दज करना होगा। कृपया ान द िक यिद कोई अ थ
िल खत परी ा / कौशल परी ा / सा ा ार म उप थत होने म िवफल रहता है तो रफंड पर िवचार नही ं िकया जाएगा।
By default, refund shall be made to the original payment method only. However, in case of any failure
with the original payment method, refund shall be made to the bank account details provided by the
candidate in the application. Hence, Candidates shall enter their Bank Account details correctly for
receipt of refund of processing fee. Please note that refund will not be considered if a candidate
fails to appear for the Written Test/ Skill Test / Interview.

ISTRAC will not be held responsible for any issues arising in refund of the application fee as a result of
incorrect entry of bank details by the applicant in the online application.

In case of submission of duplicate / multiple applications by other candidates including OBC
and EWS, the application against which the ‘application fee’ has been received within the last
date for payment of application fee only will be considered.

The qualification prescribed is the minimum requirement and possession of the same does not
automatically make the candidate eligible to be called for Written test. There will be an initial screening, based
on the academic performance and other parameters provided by the candidates / applicants in the on-line

2. िल खत परी ा म ऊपर उ खतानुसार 100 ब िवक होग तथा 120 िमनटों की समयाविध होगी (2 घंटे)
The Written Test will comprise of 100 Multiple Choice Questions as described above with a duration of 120
minutes (2hours).
3. े क गलत उ र के िलए एक चौथाई ऋणा क अं कन लागू होगा जै से िक ेक सही उ र के िलए 1 अंक िदया जाएगा और ेक
गलत उ र के िलए 0.25 अंक काटे जाएं गे ।
One fourth negative marking will apply for each wrong answer, i.e.; 1 mark will be awarded for each correct
answer and 0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.
4. आवेदकों को िल खत परी ा म उ ीण होने के िलए भाग ए म 50% अं क तथा भाग बी, सी, एवं डी, म संयु प से 50% अंक ा
करने होंगे।
Applicants have to secure 50% marks in Part ‘A’ and 50% marks in Part ‘B’, ‘C’ and ‘D’ combined for passing
the Written Test.
5. जहाँ भी कोई पद संबंिधत वग के िलए आरि त है, वहाँ आरि त पदों के आवेदकों के िलए उ ीण अंकों म 25% की छूट दी जाएगी।
Passing marks will be relaxed by 25% for applicants belonging to reserved categories, wherever a post is
reserved for the respective category.
6. िल खत परी ा के सभी चार भागों म कुल ा ां क को कौशल परी ा हे तु चयन करने के िलए िगना जाएगा।
Total marks obtained in all four parts of the Written Test will be reckoned for shortlisting for Skill Test.

The Skill Test will be purely of qualifying nature. The Skill Test will be conducted for 100 marks out of which the
applicants have to secure 60 marks for qualifying.

No relaxation of marks is applicable in the Skill Test for any category of applicants.

e) कुक पद हेतु / For the post of Cook:
िल खत परी ा के िलए पा िववरण, पा म आधा रत है । िल खत परी ा के अंकों म टाई होने पर, अिधसू िचत अहता के शै िणक
अंक, टाई े कर होगा। कौशल परी ा पूरी तरह से अहता के आधार पर होगा। कौशल परी ा, 100 अं कों के िलए आयोिजत िकया जाएगा,
िजसम से अ थ को अहता ा करने के िलए 60 अंक ा करने होंगे। िकसी भी वग के अ िथयों के िलए कौशल परी ा म अं कों के

चयन का कार िल खत परी ा, शारी रक द ता परी ा (पी.ई.टी.) एवं िव ृत िचिक ा परी ा (डी.एम.ई.) होगा। ऑन-लाइन आवेदन म
िदए गए शै ि क िन ादन, पी.एम.ई. माण-प व अ मापदं ड के आधार पर पू व छानबीन की जाएगी एवं चयिनत अ िथयों को ही
िल खत परी ा के िलए बुलाया जाएगा। कौशल परी ा पूणतया ‘यो -अयो ’ के आधार पर होगा तथा कौशल परी ा म ा अं क चयन
हेतु िवचाराथ नही ं होगा। िल खत परी ा म ा ां क के आधार पर ही अं ितम चयन िकया जाएगा। अ थ िज ोंने पी.ई.टी. तथा डी.एम.ई. म

The mode of Selection will be Written Test, Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Detailed Medical Examination
(DME). Initial Screening, based on the academic performance, PME certificate and other parameters given in the
on-line application will be done and only those screened-in candidates will be called for Written Test. The Skill Test
will be purely on ‘go-no-go’ basis and marks obtained in Skill Test will not be considered for selection. The final
selection shall be based on the marks obtained in the Written Test. Empanelment shall be done in the order of
marks obtained in the Written Test, from among the candidates who have qualified PET and DME. In the event of a
tie in Written Test marks, the inter-se merit of candidates will be decided based on the academic scores of the
essential qualification prescribed.

The applicants have to submit Preliminary Medical Examination [PME] Certificate along with the application in
the given format (Annexure-A) issued by Registered Medical Practitioner, not below the rank of Assistant Civil
Surgeon or equivalent (Allopathy) employed in Government Health Services, along with the application.
b. आवे दनों की छं टनी के बाद, पा अ िथयों को िल खत परी ा के िलए बु लाया जाएगा।

After scrutiny of applications, the eligible candidates will be called for Written Test.
c. िल खत परी ा म ा अंकों के आधार पर, अ थ जो िनधा रत पी.एम.ई. के मानदं डों को पूरा करते ह उ े णी-वार र यों की
सं ा के अिधकतम 1:50 अनु पात म पी.ई.टी. म भाग लेने के िलए चयिनत िकया जाएगा। ऐसे अ थ िजनके पी.एम.ई. माण-प जो
िनधा रत प म नही ं ह अथवा अधू रे ह तो उनको अयो घोिषत िकया जाएगा।
Based on the marks obtained in Written Test, the candidates who are meeting the prescribed PME norms will be
shortlisted to appear in PET, in a maximum of 1:50 ratio, to the category-wise number of vacancies. Candidates
whose PME certificates are not in the prescribed format or incomplete shall be disqualified.
d. अ िथयों को पहले , े ज-1 भौितक द ता परी ा (PET) को ले ना होगा और िफर जो े ज-1 (PET) म उ ीण होते ह, वे े ज-2
(PET) म भाग लगे ।
The candidates shall at first undergo Stage-1 Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and those who qualify Stage-1 PET
shall undergo Stage-2 PET.
e. पी.ई.टी. परी ाएं पूणतया यो -अयो के आधार पर आयोिजत की जाएं गी। अ थ जो पी.ई.टी. की िकसी भी परी ा म उ ीण नही ं होते
ह, वे अयो घोिषत िकए जाएं गे , तथा पी.ई.टी. के बाकी परी ाओं म भाग लेने हे तु अनुमित नही ं दी जाएगी।
The PET events will be conducted purely on ‘go-no-go’ basis. The candidates who fail to qualify in any event of
the PET will be disqualified, and will not be allowed to attend the balance events of PET.
f. अ थ जो े ज 1 व 2 पी.ई.टी. म उ ीण हो जाते ह, उनम से अपेि त अ िथयों की सं ा को िव ृ त िचिक ा परी ा (डी.एम.ई.) म

जाने के िलए बै चों म चयिनत िकया जाएगा। डी.एम.ई. म उ ीण होने वाले अ िथयों म से , िल खत परी ा म ा अं कों के म म एमपे नल
िकया जाएगा।
From amongst the candidates who qualify in Stage 1 & 2 PET, requisite number of candidates will be short-listed
in batches to undergo Detailed Medical Examination [DME]. Empanelment will be done in the order of marks scored
in the Written Test, from among the candidates who qualify in DME
g. एमपै नलपट के िलए जब तक पया सं ा म अ थ अहता ा नही ं करते ह, तब तक चयन सिमित को पूव बै च के पी.ई.टी. तथा
डी.एम.ई. के प रणाम के आधार पर, पी.ई.टी. म उप थत होने हेतु बै चों म अ िथयों को शाट िल करने का अिधकार ा है।
The Selection Committee is empowered to short-list candidates in batches to appear in PET, based on the
outcome of the PET and DME held for the previous batch, until sufficient number of qualified candidates become
eligible for empanelment.
h. चयिनत अ थ अपनी जो खम एवं इ ा पर पी.ई.टी. म भाग ले सकते ह। पी.ई.टी. म अ थ की भागीदारी करने पर िकसी भी थित
म, िकसी भी तरह के चोट, िनश ता(अ थायी/ थायी), मृ ु इ ािद पर पूणत:/आं िशक/ /अ प से िकसी भी ितपू ित का
भुगतान नही ं िकया जाएगा। पी.ई.टी. हेतु रपोट करते समय अ िथयों को इसके भाव हे तु घोषणा ु त करना होगा। (अनुल क-बी)
The shortlisted candidates shall participate in PET at his/her own risk and violation. No compensation,
whatsoever, is payable for any injury, disability(temporary/permanent), death, etc., attributable wholly / partially /
directly / indirectly, to the candidate’s participation in the PET. The candidates are required to submit a declaration
to this effect when reporting for PET. (Annexure-B).

िल खत परी ा/कं ूटर आधा रत परी ा, बगलू अथवा पू रे भारत के िविभ नगरों म आयोिजत िकया
जाएगा। चयिनत अ िथयों के िलए कौशल परी ा/ मता परी ा/सा ा ार का केवल बगलू म ही
आयोजन िकया जाएगा।
Note: ISRO reserves the right to conduct the written test online / offline. The Written Test /
Computer Based Test will be conducted in Bengaluru or different cities across India. Skill
Test / Endurance Test / Interview will be conducted for the screened-in / shortlisted
candidates in Bengaluru only.
9. सामा शत General Conditions:
i. ऑन-लाइन आवेदनों पर ही िवचार िकया जाएगा। आवेदनों पर िवचार नही ं िकया जाएगा।
Applications made through on-line will only be entertained. Physical applications will not be entertained.
ii. पद अ थायी ह, परं तु अिनि त प से इनके बने रहने की संभावना है ।

The posts are temporary, but likely to continue indefinitely.
iii. उपरो उ खत र पद अनंितम ह एवं वा िवक अपे ाओं के आधार पर बदल सकते ह।
The number of vacancies indicated above is provisional and may vary depending on the actual
requirements.
iv. िनयु यों को आव कतानुसार, भारत म ही कही ं पर भी थत भारतीय अंत र अनु संधान संगठन/अंत र िवभाग के

The appointees are liable to be posted in any of the Centre / Units of the Indian Space Research

इं जीिनयस (इं िडया) से ए.एम.आई.ई पु र ार हेतु अ यन करने के िलए पंजीकृत िकया गया, उनको भत हेतु िवचार नही ं िकया
जाएगा।
Candidates pursued Professional course through Open and Distance Learning (ODL) are not eligible
to apply for recruitment to the post of Scientist/Engineer and Technical Assistant. Candidates, those
who registered for pursuing studies leading to the award of AMIE from Institution of Engineers (India)
after 31.05.2013 will not be considered for recruitment.
ix. यिद अ थ आवेदन की ा के अं ितम िदनां क के समय िव ापन म िदए गए पा ता/शत को पू रा नही ं करत तो, िल खत
परी ा/सा ा ार/कौशल परी ा से पूव अथवा िल खत परी ा/सा ा ार/कौशल परी ा के दौरान या िल खत
परी ा/सा ा ार/कौशल परी ा के प ात् सं वी ा के समय म कोई िवसंगितयाँ िदखने पर उनकी अ िथता को र िकया
जाएगा।
If a candidate does not fulfill the eligibility / conditions given in the advertisement at the time of last date of
receipt of application, his / her candidature will be cancelled summarily at any stage on scrutiny whenever
the discrepancy is noticed i.e. before Written Test / Interview / Skill Test or during Written Test / Interview /
Skill Test or after Written Test / Interview / Skill Test.
x. िल खत परी ा म उ ीण होने के प ात् सा ा ार/कौशल परी ा के िलए चयिनत बाहर से आनेवाले अ िथयों को ऑन-लाइन
आवेदन म िदए गए पते से कौशल परी ा थान तक िनकटतम माग के ारा आने -जाने हेतु ि तीय े णी शयन रे ल भाड़ा अथवा
अवातानु कूिलत बस शु अथवा वा िवक भाड़ा जो भी कम हो, को या ा का माण ु त करने पर जैसे िक रे ल, बस, हवाई
ारा जैसे उ े णी म या ा करने पर मा आर ण/शयन खच को काट कर ि तीय े णी का रे ल भाड़े का भुगतान िकया जाएगा।
(अ थ , िजनके द ावे ज़ों का सफलतापूवक जां च िकया गया हो, को सा ा ार/कौशल परी ा के िलए अनुमित दी
जाएगी तथा उनको ही पा या ा भ ा िदया जाएगा।)
Outstation candidates short listed for Interview / skill test after qualifying in the written test will be paid to
and fro Second Class Sleeper Railway fare by the shortest distance from the address given in the on-line
application to the place of Skill Test or non-A/c Bus fare or actual fare whichever is less on production of
proof of journey, irrespective of the mode of journey performed by the candidate viz., Rail, Bus, Air, etc. If a
candidate travels in a higher class of accommodation, by train, by bus or by Air, only second class train fare
by the shortest distance excluding reservation / sleeper charges will be paid. (The candidates who are
allowed for Interview / Skill Test after the successful document verification will alone be paid eligible
Travelling Allowance).
xi. कौशल परी ा/सा ा ार के समय अ.जा./अ.ज.जा./अ.िप.व./ई.ड ू.एस. वाले अ िथयों को जाित माण-प / माण-प की
नवीनतम ित ु त करनी होगी एवं पी.ड ू.बी.डी. एवं अ वग के अ थ के होने पर रयायत/छूट का दावा करना चाहते ह,
को अपनी समतु शैि क अहता ा करने हे तु भारत सरकार के तहत नौक रयों के आर ण/ रयायत के िलए लागू िनधा रत
ोफामा म स म अिधकारी ारा जारी सं ब माण-प म सं बंिधत माण दे ते ए सभी माण-प लाना होगा।
Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/EWS should submit a latest copy of Caste Certificate/Certificate and
candidates who claim concession / relaxations being PwBD and other categories of candidates need to
bring relevant certificates issued by the Competent Authority in the prescribed proforma applicable for
reservation / concessions of jobs under the Government of India including all the certificates supporting for
having acquired their equivalent educational qualification at the time of Skill Test / Interview.
xii. भूतपूव सैिनकों को कौशल परी ा के समय, भूतपूव-से वा थित उ खत करते ए सेवा-मु माण-प की ित ु त करनी
होगी। भूतपूव सै िनकों को िव ािपत पदों एवं आवेिदत पदों से िभ अहता ा करने पर स म ािधकारी ारा जारी आव क
समानक माण-प भी ुत करना होगा।
Ex-servicemen have to submit a copy of the Discharge Certificate duly indicating the Ex-service
status at the time of Skill Test. Ex-Servicemen have to also submit necessary equivalency
certificate issued by the Competent Authorities whenever the qualification acquired by them is
different from the posts advertised and applied for by them.
xiii. यिद आवेदन के समय िनधा रत ू नतम के अनुसार उ तम अहता एवं/अथवा अित र अनुभव होने पर उ , आवे िदत पद हे तु
िल खत परी ा/कौशल परी ा के िलए बु लाया जा सकता है , परं तु उ अहता एवं /अथवा अनुभव ा अ थ को िव ापन के
अनुसार पया मा ा म अहता ा अ अ िथयों के साथ तुलना नही ं की जाएगी। चयिनत अ िथयों को मा िव ापन म िदए
गए े ड/पद ही दी जाएगी।
If candidates with higher qualification and /or experience in addition to those prescribed as minimum to
apply, they may be called for Written Test / Interview / Skill Test for the post for which they have applied, but
the higher qualification and / or experience shall not give the candidate any edge over other candidates
adequately qualified as per the advertisement. The selected candidates shall be offered only the advertised
grade / post.
xiv. अ थ को आगे की सभी सूचनाएं केवल उसकी पंजीकृत ई-मे ल आई.डी. पर भे जे जाएं गे । अ िथयों को सलाह दी जाती है िक वे

Reservation for Economically Weaker Sections (EWSs):
 अ.जा., अ.ज.जा. एवं अ.िप.व. हे तु आर ण की योजना के तहत जो नहीं आते ह एवं िजनके प रवार की कुल वािषक आय ₹. 8.00 लाख
(मा आठ लाख पये) है की पहचान आर ण के लाभाथ ई.ड ू.एस.एस. के प म की गई है। आवेदन वष के पूव िव ीय वष हे तु उ आय,
सभी ोतों को िमलाकर जै से िक वे तन, कृिष, वसाय, वृ ि , इ ािद होगा। साथ ही, िजनके प रवार िन िल खत प रसंपि याँ का ािम या
अिधकार रखते ह को उनके आय को िबना ान िदए ई.ड ू.एस.एस. होने से हटा िदया जाएगा।
Persons who are not covered under the scheme of reservation for SCs, STs and OBCs and whose family
has gross annual income below Rs. 8.00 lakh (Rupees eight lakh only) are to be identified as EWSs for
benefit of reservation. Income shall, also include from all sources i.e., salary, agriculture, business,
profession, etc., for the financial year prior to the year of application. Also persons whose family owns or
possesses any of the following assets shall be excluded from being identified as EWS, irrespective of the
family income.

Residential plot of 200 sq. yards and above in areas other than the notified municipalities.
1) ई.ड ू.एस. थित िनधा रत करने हेतु भू िम व संपि जोत- े जांच आवे िदत करते समय, एक “प रवार” ारा िविभ थानों म एवं िविभ
जगहों/नगरों म अपने अिधकार म रखे ए संपि को संयोिजत िकया जाएगा।
The property held by a “Family” in different locations or different places/ cities would be
clubbed while applying the land or property holding test to determine EWS status.
2) इस योजन हे तु “प रवार” श , वह , जो आर ण का लाभ चाहता है , उसके माता-िपता एवं सहोदर भाई या बहन; जो 18 वष से कम
हों तथा उसके पित/प ी और उसके ब े ; जो 18 वष से कम हों को शािमल िकया जाएगा।
The term “Family” for this purpose will include the person who seeks benefit of reservation,
his/her parents and siblings below the age of 18 years as also his/ her spouse and children
below the age of 18 years.

The benefit of reservation under EWS can be availed upon production of an Income and Asset Certificate
issued by a Competent Authority. The Income and Asset Certificate issued by anyone of the following
authorities in the prescribed format as given in Annexure-D shall only be accepted as proof of candidate’s
claim as ‘belonging to EWS’:

The candidate belonging to EWS, at the time of Skill Test / Interview, should produce Income &
Asset Certificate for the year 2022-2023 and valid for the Financial year 2023-2024 issued in the
prescribed format by the Competent Authority.

The candidates applying against Economically weaker sections (EWSs) quota should submit Income and
Asset Certificate issued by the Competent Authority in the format prescribed in DOPT OM No.
36039/1/2019-Estt (Res), dated 31.01.2019. In case of non-compliance of the conditions stipulated in the
aforesaid OM, the claim for reserved status under EWS will not be entertained and candidature / application
of such candidates, if fulfilling all the eligibility conditions for general (UR) category will be considered under
general (UR) vacancies only.
xvii. आवेदन केवल ऑन-लाइन ारा ही ा िकए जाएं गे एवं आगे के सभी प ाचार आवदकों को केवल ई-मे ल/इसरो वे बसाइट ारा
ही भेजे जाएं गे। अत:, आवेदकों को सलाह दी जाती है िक वे अपना ई-मे ल िनयिमत प से दे ख एवं समय-समय पर इसरो
वेबसाइट दे ख। यू .आर.एस.सी. तकनीकी या अ िकसी भी कारणवश ई-मे ल अथवा / िकसी प ाचार के अ िथयों तक न प ँ चने
के िलए उ रदायी नही ं होगा।
Applications will be received through on-line only and all further communications will be made to the
applicants through e-mail / ISRO website only. Therefore, the applicants are advised to check their e-mail
regularly and visit the ISRO website from time to time. ISRO will not be responsible for non-receipt of
intimation regarding e-mail or / any communication due to technical or whatsoever reasons to the
candidates.
xviii. पी.ड ू.बी.डी. वाले अ िथयों को िल खत परी ा (यिद ाइब / मु आवज़ा समय के िलए िवक दे ते ह, तो) के समय सं ल क-
ई एवं संल क-एफ. म िदए गए िनधा रत प म मू ल िद ां गता माण-प ु त करना होगा एवं स ापन हेतु सा ा ार के
समय, प से िद ांगता का ितशत, को कम से कम तीन (03) सद ों वाली िचिक ा बोड ारा जारी की गई हो िजनम
से एक सद क अथवा रा सरकार ारा सं घिटत बोड म िद ां गता का मू ां कन करने के िवशेष े म िवशेष हों, को
दशाना होगा।
Candidates belonging to PwBD should produce the original Disability Certificate in the prescribed format as
given in Annexure-E & Annexure-F at the time of Written Test (if opting for scribe/compensation time) and
at the time of Interview for verification, clearly indicating the percentage of disability, issued by a Medical
Board consisting of at least three (03) members out of which one shall be a specialist in the particular field
for assessing disability, duly constituted by Central or a State Government.

The candidates who have passed out in the relevant examinations only are eligible to apply. Students

No interim correspondence will be entertained. Telephonic conversations are strictly not

xxii. यू .आर.एस.सी./इसरो म रोजगार ा करने हे तु िकसी भी कार का चार करने पर अ थ की अ िथता को अयो माना

It is for the candidate to ensure that he / she fulfills the eligibility criteria and comply with the
requirements and adheres to the instructions contained in this advertisement as well as in the
application form in all respects. Candidates are therefore, urged to carefully read the advertisement

If a clash with the timing of the examination for multiple posts in the same session is observed,
