Anniversary. Please welcome your hosts for tonight, Louise Jimenez and Kevin Edward
Culla!

Good evening, everyone! Welcome to Cocogen's 60th Diamond Anniversary celebration.

Are you ready for a spectacular and sparkling night? I can see all of you shining from here.
Tonight, we will create such a good time here at the Manila Ballroom of Manila Marriot
Hotel to celebrate this milestone together with the entire Cocogen family and friends. I will
be your host and with me on stage is a familiar face that some of you already recognize,
my co-host, Anna Loise Jimenez. Good evening, Loise.

Good evening, Edward and good evening Cocogen! I am very honored and happy to be
invited as your host for tonight's festivities. I must say reaching 60 years is not an ordinary
feat. It is a huge achievement that only few and strong companies are able to attain. And
tonight, we celebrate all of you who became part of Cocogen's success throughout the
years.

Yes, Loise. We're all gathered here to show our appreciation and recognize the people who
made extraordinary contributions to the company inlcuding our very dedicated employees
and ever-supportive business partners who are also with us tonight.

You know what, Edward I was actually in awe to see this big crowd. I know Coco Group is
a big family but I was surprised that Cocogen alone can fill this entire venue. I remember
how supportive they were during the Coco Group Christmas Party last December and for
sure, this will be a louder crowd and look forward to that.

Loise, that's not the entire Cocogen family yet. We still have employees from the branches
nationwide who were not able to join us tonight here at Marriot but they are actually
watching us via Zoom so hello to our employees wherever you are right now.

That makes this evening more exciting. I know that after two years of celebrating your
company anniversry virtually, this is the first time that we're gathered once again and I can
see everyone's feeling ecstatic to let this get this party started.
To kick things off, we would like to call on the Senior Vice President of the Corporate
Resources Division, please give it up for Atty. Robert V. Beltejar.

Ladies and Gentlemen, the dinner is now open. Department names will be called for a

How is everyone doing? I hope that you enjoyed your dinner because I defnitely enjoyed
mine. What was your favorite course, partner?

Well, Loise, I think I mentioned this last time but I actually got a sweet tooth so I really
enjoyed the dessert especially the chocolate mousse and the linzer. They are to die for!

I know right. Who doesn't love sweets anyway? Speaking of sweets, I think Cocogen here
has savoured the fruits of their labor and sweet success coming here tonight to celebrate
our 60th anniversary.

For the last decade, I've personally seen how Cocogen transformed in so many different
ways and there is so much to say especially for the last six decades. Now, to give us a full
picture of the things that we have achieved from the last year and the important milestones
we reached throughout Cocogen's existence, we would like to call no other than our
President, Atty. David Roy C. Padin for the President's Report. Let us give him a big round
of applause.

Thank you so much Atty. Padin. Wow! Those results were just truly impressive and
Cocogen deserves a big round of applause for all these great achievements. The numbers
are very telling and no wonder Cocogen was able to celebrate this diamond anniversary.

I would just like to echo what President Padin mentioned that our success was also
contributed by each and every person's role in the organization whether big or small. And
thanks to our employees who remain committed to support our mission.
Havng said that, it is the right time to acknowledge and recognize the employees who
whole-heartedly dedicate their time, skills, and efforts to their respective roles in the

reward the contributions of another important stakeholder that serves as the bloodline of
our operations. That is no other than our valued business partners. For years, we have
been blessed to have these people rally behind us in promoting financial security for the
Filipino people.

That's right, Edward. Our agents and brokers serve as the voice of Cocogen to educate the
people on the importance of insurance and financial resiliency. Let us thank them, offer our
