1. Initialization
<Procedure: Terminal>
(1) On-hook Handset. (2) Press MAC address ->"Factory Reset"
->Press "***" into menu. 0-9 : press 0-9.
->Press "99" into RESET menu. A : press 22, B : press 222, C : press 2222,
--> Hearing a "Reset". D : press 33, E : press 333, F : press 3333.
-->Enter MAC Address as (2).
-->After enter MAC address, reboot automatically. e.g.) MAC: 000B82391FCC
press: 00022282391333322222222

2. Settings
< WEB configuration screen>
(1) On-hook handset.
->Press "***" key
->Press "02" and listen the IP address.

(2)Access the configuration screen with a Web browser

e.g.) http://192.168.0.23
->Enter the IP address in the browser's address bar, and then click "Enter".
->Enter the Password (admin) in the web browser screen.
->Click "OK" to log in

(3) Account
->Click on " Account " and "General Settings"
->Enter setting values in the required fields and then Click "Save and Apply".

3. Outgoing call
(1)Off-hook

4. Hold/ Resume
(1) Call is in progress with 201

(2) Press "HOLD" key (unconnecting line)

->Hold

(3) Press "HOLD" key

->Resume

5. Transfer
< Procedure 1>
Semi-Attends Transfer (Transfer a call when receiving ringback.)

Set web menu to use Semi-Attends Transfer.

Go to "Settings->Call Fratures".

Semi-Attends : Set "Yes"

Attends Transfer : Set "Yes"
Blind Transfer : Set "No"

(1) Call is in progress with 201

(2) Press the "TRAN" key during a call
(3)Enter the number you want to transfer the call to
(4) Press the "TRAN" key to complete the transfer
when receiving the ringback.
(5) On-hook => Complete transfer

< Procedure 2>

Attends Transfer(Transfer a call with prior consulting)
Set same one at the web menu.

(1) Call is in progress with 201

(2) Press the "TRAN" key during a call
(3)Enter the number you want to transfer the call to
(4) After the party answers the call.
(5) Press the "TRAN" key to complete
(6) On-hook => Complete transfer

<note>
When transferring operation is failed, please change the Codec priority (a-law/u-law) of the SIP terminal to the "System
Codec" setting of PBX, or change SIP-Phone codec. NS1000 default supports a-law, SIP-Phone default first priority codec
is u-law. You have to set same codec both.
6. MWI
1) To use MSG key, special number set to Account1->General Settings->Voice Mail UserID.

2)Set Accounts->Call Settings->Enable Call Features "No". *70 is a special number as grandstream call waiting function. See appendix.

3) Setting of MWI feature with standard or uncolicited.

Yes: PBX=Standard
No: PBX=Unsolicited
PSN recommend the "No"
Appendix. Special numbers
Grandstream phone has special numbers as below.
If you don't need, you can set "OFF" from web menu as written in MWI page,
If you use the grandstream special numbers, you change the PBX special number that grandstream not use.
