PROFESSION

My profession consists of being in charge of

occupational health and safety in companies and
carrying out the following activities:
-Create and execute the annual training program in
promotion and prevention, including the main risks.
-Create and execute the Epidemiological
Surveillance Programs, according to the risks of the
company.
-Transmit to senior management situations that
may affect the Safety and Health of Contractor
workers and visitors.
-Ask the management to perform entrance, periodic
and retirement medical examinations for workers.
-Make and update Occupational Health and Safety
policies, necessary for suppliers and contractors and
request management approval.
-Make, review and update the company's risk matrix
and the legal requirements of the company.
-Perform inspections of facilities, machinery and
equipment.
-Keep updated safe work procedures and those
routine or non-routine activities that generate risks
for the company.
-Participate in the investigation of incidents, work
accidents and occupational diseases.
-Prepare and follow up on action plans derived from
investigations of incidents, work accidents and
occupational diseases.
