Fertilizer Used: I made a compost out of kitchen and garden waste before using it as natural fertilizer for my plant.
Nutrients it gives:

- It contains protein, vitamin A, thiamin, riboflavin, iron, phosphorus, and potassium, all of which are beneficial
to human health.

 Pole Sitao is one of the most extensively produced vegetables in the country due to its year-round availability.
It is the most commonly grown vegetable among edible legumes.
