During the inspection after the magnitude 4.7 earthquake on March 16, 2023 at 12:21 p.m. some minor cracks on the
walls of the PPP building were identified.

Immediate updating to the DRRM chat group

Called theMunicipal DRRMO of Iba
Requested an structural/building inspection to the Municipal Engineering office
RECOMMENDATION/S: (State suggestions that Higher DepEd Officials/other government agencies must perform
further to fully respond to situation. Use back page if needed.)

PPP School building is still safe but the ceiling of Deloso building and BLB 2 needs further assessment
