Below are the brainstorming results which were discussed during the weekly lecture:

1. Build a water park and salt spa

2. Introducing SPA, Gym, Jacuzzi, and emergency Health Services
3. Have more entertainment options such as musical concerts, music shows,
etc
4. Solar Panel Installation to promote Green Energy
5. Comedy theatre performances of various kinds
6. Introduce a Holiday package with the concept of camping
7. Buying Industrial Kitchen and hiring new staff to develop kitchen services
8. Revise and test the resort disaster response plan
9. Modify all the hotel brochures and marketing material to reflect all-inclusive
10.Launch a new promotional campaign with Air Canada

This brainstorming exercise is meant to generate ideas for the Eco Resort Hawaii
scenario. My group consisted of five members, and we all participated in this
brainstorming exercise.

Team members of my group are Yashleen Kaur (me), Pavani Cherla, Sachin
Kumar, Amandeep Kaur, Prinka Rani Sharma.

After considering everything, we identified five main points. Structure

brainstorming is the term for this technique, and because the sessions were brief,
there were fewer ideas about this.

Build a water park and salt spa

The project will be based in Hawaii, a tourist destination. Since many people stay at
resorts in this area, the water park and the salt spa will be ideal for the project.

Introducing SPA, Gym, Jacuzzi, and emergency Health Services

Gym and emergency health services will be another attraction for the resort. Very
few resorts have the facility of these two. The spa and Jacuzzi are other important
attractions.

Solar Panel Installation to promote Green Energy

A renewable energy source is solar panel installation. Not only does it give
electricity, but it also raises people's awareness.

Everyone enjoys comedy and laughter. If you visit a popular tourist destination and
find something to make you chuckle and relax, that is just icing on the cake.

Modify all the hotel brochures and marketing material to reflect all-inclusive

For any business, marketing is everything. Because of this, updating brochures is

crucial. The hotel's reputation will suffer if we continue to utilize the same
brochures.

Paired Comparison

Paired comparison is one of the best ways for reducing possibilities in decision-
making.

B, Project D, and Project E. With this method, we can rapidly narrow down the five
initiatives to just three based on relevance. The tool is advantageous when you
require more unbiased data to help you make a decision.

The six hats analysis offers many viewpoints regarding the same concept and aids in
determining how to carry out a specific concept. and concentrate on everything,
including process, facts, feelings, creativity, advantages, and prudence before
defining precisely which is superior.

After analysis and considering factors like cost, budget, and investment, I find that
Comedy theatre will be a good option with minimal investment and within the budget.
