SAFETY AND HEALTH POLICY STATEMENT

The Mega Builders Construction Co. is dedicated to upholding a safe and healthy
workplace and protecting the health and safety of its workers as well as those who are impacted
by its goals and operations. Every effort will be taken to devise a safe manner to do the task if it
poses a possible risk to safety or health. Every process needs to be safe. Supervisors and employees
are not allowed to cut corners when it comes to safety procedures. A worker is required to alert
management and request that any job activity that might endanger their health or the safety of
others be stopped immediately.

To accomplish this, Mega Builders Construction Co. operates an Occupational Health and Safety
Management System in accordance with ISO 45001, which guarantees a systematic approach to
identifying hazards and assessing risks with the involvement of its employees to determine
appropriate and sufficient control measures. In particular, Mega Builders Construction Co.
commits to:

• Adhering to all relevant Health and Safety Laws and other Health and Safety
Requirements.
• Utilizing the hierarchy of control and circumstances to reduce occupational disease,
accident, and incident risks to the lowest level practically possible.
• Continuously enhancing the effectiveness of the health and safety management
system to avoid work-related illness and/or injury.
• Involvement and consultation with workers and other relevant parties, as necessary,
about pertinent health and safety issues.
• Requiring that workers remove themselves from dangers when they become aware
of situations that pose a risk of harm or danger to their health or safety and notify
the organisation of those situations if no action is taken to alter them.
• To create and preserve a healthy workplace culture, all directors and managers must
show leadership in health and safety-related issues.
• Aiding workers in achieving our health and safety goals and supplying them with
pertinent health and safety knowledge, education, and training.
• Providing adequate resources to achieve all the above.

All employees of Mega Builders Construction Co. group of companies and other stakeholders,
including sub-contractor, vendors, suppliers, and visitors must always be fully committed to
achieving the objectives of this policy.
