Many people claim that government funding should not be spent on art and culture, while others
hold the view that aiding cultural activities can be profitable for both the residents and the
culture. I am more in favor of the latter viewpoint for the following reasons.

When the issue of technology comes into view, there seems to exist conflicting opinions. Some
people argue that the advancement of technological devices has widened the gap between the
wealthy and the poor; however, other people, myself included, strongly believe that it is
decreasing the distance between them.
