1.) You need to present your slides in Groups in given sequence in Week 13 class. (YOU NEED TO
and MUST BE PRESENT IN CLASS to get grades in this assignment.
2.) You need to submit the same PowerPoint to Assignment drop box by 11:59 on same day.
Objective:
In groups, you will have to pick or create a company/organization (Must be based in Ontario only) and
assume yourselves as HR Analysts for the organization. You are planning to transform your HR activities
and processes more automated to achieve efficiency and effectiveness. In a group (Max 5 students), will
create and present a PowerPoint slide containing the below given sequence of slide
Your Presentation must include below items in the same sequence given:
In above section, if you choose. (Please choose only one option in this section depending on
your selection in previous section)
o Design – Please explain what kind of team in this designing project you would like to
have. You can include job positions, departments, or any resources you like to use. Also,
please explain why you need them.
o Outsource- Please create an RFP. (you can find any general format of RFP on internet.
You can use that, and you are allowed to make assumptions wherever you are not able
to find any data)
COTS – In this section, you need to assume that you were not able to implement any of In-house
design or outsource the designing. Now I want you to do some research on Internet and find
some Ready to use HRIS systems you would like to use. Please make sure you have the
justification why you choose that specific product.
HR metrices- What HR metrics you use to find your HR work process are effective and efficient.
Please include formulas for calculation if applicable.
Reference Slides (In-text, references in APA/MLA and Image citations are mandatory)

Approximate length for trainee to complete training 25 minutes. You will not be given any

COPIED CONTENT FROM INTERNET, DOESN’T MATTER IF IT IS A ONE LINE OR TEN WILL LEAD
TO ZERO ON THE ASSIGNMENT. WRITE IT IN YOUR OWN WORDS AND PROVIDE CITATIONS
FOR EVERYTHING YOU USE FROM INTERNET OR ANY OTHER SOURCES)
Group Instructions:
This is a group assignment, and any individual submissions will not be considered.
You (as a group) need to choose a group leader and tell me his/her name by the end of this
lecture. Group leader will submit the presentation on Canvas on submission day. I will not
consider any other files submitted by other members. YOU NEED TO PREPARE AND SUBMIT
ONLY ONE (1) presentation.
If any member is not present or present but do not present and/or participate in during their
group presentation, they will not receive any grades even if they contributed to preparation of
the slides. Group leader will be questioned on their absence or not participation.
As this assignment also measures your teamwork, all members will be given similar grades
(Except – If there is a non-corporation/ no-contribution reported by group leader or group
members (in case of complaint about group leader) pertaining to one member in subject).
If any member of group is not reachable during preparation, Group leader needs to report the
same to me through my email within 3 days of assignment instructions given.
Make sure everyone in the group is respecting each other. In case of any event or complaint of
using disrespectful language will lead the whole group towards zero grade. In case of any
conflict, Group leader is responsible to reach out to me immediately. If leader is him/her self-
involved in the conflict, its duty of everyone else to report the incident to me via email.
It is everyone’s responsibility (with a primary duty of leader) to verify there is no plagiarism
involved in the preparation or presentation of slides. So please review your group document
before submission and it will lead to zero for all members.
Please email me your PowerPoints and upload it to drop box before you come the classroom
as well and it will help you to present smoothly.
It is important for all group members to present the slide decks. If you do not present, grades
will be deducted.
