REQUEST FOR SHORT STAY VISIT TO JAPAN ON BUSINESS PURPOSE

I am the Business Partner of the above named business establishment bring to your
esteemed attention and consideration that we have taken decision to send our one of
Business Partner Mr. Mohamed Sameen Mohamed Salman (Passport No. N7781660) to
Japan to have business negotiation and the finalization of the purchase of Used Vehicle
Spare Parts & Machineries with the Japanese Company TOMEI WINGS LLC, 513-0013, Mie-
Ken, Suzuka-Shi, Kokubucho 1374-2, Kokubuheights 102, Japan upon the invitation and
relevant documents send by the aforesaid Japanese company. He is accompanying with our
Technician Mr. Mohamed Razick Mohamed Reeza (Passport No. N3579776) in this regard
as per the letter of invitation.

Mr. Mohamed Sameen Mohamed Salman is experienced personnel in the trade of Used
Vehicle Spare Parts in Japan. We hope and assure his Business visit along with our
Technician Mr. Mohamed Razick Mohamed Reeza will bring more credit to our company
through their excellent dealing.

Our company will bear all the expense incur in their visit and stay in Japan in this regard. We
submit all the required and relevant documents pertaining to their Application for visas. We
would be much thankful and obliged if you could grant them necessary visas for a period of
37 days from 21" April 2023 enabling them to make their purpose of visit to Japan a
success.
