 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Currently, the in-house instrument of St. Paul Parish only includes the Yamaha E223 that dates
back to 2010. With its 12-year-service, it has obtained minor issues including a broken music stand, keys
that play randomly without even touching, turning off on its own from time to time. It also has no touch
response (a feature that piano nowadays is a must).

On the other hand, the parish have equipments at par with the current trend. The parish
dedicated 4 microphones, 1 microphone stand, 1 music stand, 2 amplifiers and XLR cables for the
liturgical music.
BUDGET

The Ministry on Liturgical Music has a plan for a fundraising to fund this project and and its
other programs such as the Monthly Music Workshop and acquisition of uniform. The fundraising is
called “Cake Raffle for a Cause”. The objective is to sell 5000 pieces of tickets worth ₱10.00 each that
will be worth ₱50,000.00. The Grand Draw will be on September 8, 2022 on the Feast of the Nativity of
Mary or earlier if the tickets are sold out. 10 sponsors will be solicited for the 10 cakes of the raffle.
Ticket printing will be funded by the Ministry.
