Adjusting Recipe’s Yields

When you change the yield of a recipe, it may be necessary to change

some of the recommended tools or techniques. Read the instructions
carefully and decide what needs to be adjusted.

When changing a recipe, there are a few questions you need to be able
to answer:

1. What is the desired yield?

2. What is the original yield?

Once you have answered these questions you can use the
following formula:

Desired Yield
Original = Conversion Factor
yield

By dividing the desired or new amount by the original amount, it

will tell you the number for which you need to MULTIPLY all your
ingredients by.

REMEMBER YOU WILL ALWAYS MULTIPLY!
