1. Time Context :
There’s no specific date mentioned.

2. Point of view:
Gender inequality in an automotive company where the company is predominantly
men employed. The Human Resource Manager has a wide scope of viewpoint in this
kind of difficulty in the company. Since we are talking about employees. Managers
should be able to point out the problem and will have the decision and best objectives
to solve such problems.

3. Main Problem
According to the company’s managerial accounting system, there were some
opportunities found when it comes to gauging the full potential or contribution of the
women in the company. It was also cited that there was shortage of resources and
trainings that will improve their skills and performance. These findings drives the company
to find out, how can the company promote gender and development in the
organization.

4. Objectives
1. Ensure that the company minimize if not eliminate gender biases in terms of
training, matrices and support.
2. Establish a work environment where - regardless of gender orientation, can
express their ideas, suggestions and complaints.

5. Areas of consideration
1. The metrics formulated to determine ones performance was also leaning to
gender bias. This is relative to the allocation of resources and time spent on various
tasks in addition to the KPI metrics does not gauge other functions contribution to
the business success.
2. Training and resources- The findings cited that there was inadequate distribution
of resources that result to gender bias.
6. Alternative course of Action
1. Review KPI and Improve metrics that will minimize if not eliminate gender biases.
2. Management should conduct temp check on the employee’s well-being and if
the company still provide development and learning to the employees.
3. Trainings should be conducted to all employees and should focus in their
improvement personally and professionally.
4. The company should also conduct seminar regarding on gender and
development program.

7. Recommendations
As one of the senior management team having these kind of difficulties in the
company only proves that the company gives more attention to the needs of men in
terms of equipment. Given that the majority of the company are men, since it is first and
foremost an automotive company. They need information to help and provide
management with the necessary information to make decision to move the company
forward with its strategic plan. These type of questions occurs every day in the
organization across the world. It is important to understand the various roles, managers’
play in the organization in order to understand the types of information and the level of
detail that are needed. Most of the job responsibilities of a manager fit into one of three
categories: planning, controlling, or evaluating. Furthermore, the company should also
