The Role of Human Resources

A human resources professional is an integral part of any company that aims to tap

international markets and have innovative employees. The Human Resource (HR) is tasked

with controlling the process of hiring, planning employees, and determining the best way to

comply with the laws of labor. There is also the role of developing a culture of innovation

and also some form of creativity among the employees to ensure there is an improvement in

the portable products.

As an HR professional, I will recommend hiring the 50% employees needed to have

the necessary technical skills and cultural fit in an IT communication business. I must also be

able to assess candidates' ability to work in a global environment and communicate

effectively with customers and employees located around the world. Additionally, I can help

create a workplace culture that values creativity and innovation (Fenech et al., 2019). By

encouraging employees to think outside the box, the HR professional can help the company

stay competitive in the global market.

A human resources (HR) professional is an essential part of any business that relies

heavily on communication and technology. As a HR professional, I am also responsible for

protecting the company from potential lawsuits in an IT communication business. One must

ensure that all employees are treated fairly and in accordance with the law and that the

company complies with all applicable regulations (Fenech et al., 2019). In addition, I must

be aware of any potential workplace hazards and take steps to mitigate them. It becomes easy

for the company to grow when it has the best innovative employees who work towards the

company's goal. The human resource is thus an essential part of the company.
