Padhai Help Pvt Ltd is a platform specializing in providing multiple learning and innovative education-
based solutions like Academics Support, Learning Transformation, Recruitment of Teachers, and End to
End Solutions under the same roof. It was established in 2015, Padhai Help aims to leverage education
technology by providing STEAM-based innovative Learning solutions like Toy Library (Playgroup ),
Robotics Lab, Robo-Art Lab (Primary students), AI Lab, and many more for educational institutes.
Supporting the sub-mission of the Government of India, Padhai Help also provides Atal Tinkering
establishment and provides trainers for the same.
Over the last 7 years, Padhai Help has served 250+ Schools and more than one lakh students in
Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, and Haryana. The company is driven by innovation and has a lot of creative
and hardworking minds working together to create better and Innovative learning solutions and create
a better platform for schools, colleges, and Academic institutes across the country.
What is a Toy Library

Toy library is a fun-filled space where kids play with toys of their choice and can even bring these toys
home for a certain period. Toys always bring joy and smiles to children. We at Padhai Help thus believe
that toys can be an effective method for children to learn. Our toy library, with its wide range of toys, lets
a kid enjoy their overall development in their initial period.
Purpose of Toy Library
The purpose of a Toy Library is to provide a safe and fun environment for children to play and engage in
physical activities, fostering their physical and social development. It allows them to develop their motor
skills, imagination, and creativity, as well as providing opportunities for socialization and teamwork.

Physical Development: Play zones encourage physical activity and help children develop coordination,
balance, and gross motor skills.
Cognitive Development: Play zones offer opportunities for children to explore, experiment, and learn,

Constructive Suggestions for Toy Library:
❖ The company will provide you with the suggestive plan for your Toy Library so as to make the
space look appealing.
❖ The company will also provide you with suggestive designs of furniture to make the Toy
Library impressive.
❖ The company will provide you a team after delivery of all the toys/games; they will ensure
proper arrangements of each and everything as per the design.
❖ The company will provide designs of a few posters, banners, sun board design, creative etc. to
decorate the Toy Library.
Events & Workshops Organized:
❖ The company will also provide you a guideline for conducting various events that would not only
help kids exploring but will also help your school in brand building.
❖ The Company will provide Technical support to organize summer/ winter camps.
❖ Technical Support to students will be given by the company in national and international
competitions only if they are applicable.
❖ The Company will assist the institute in organizing exhibitions according to the course offered to
maximize the learning process and enable students to develop confidence by exhibiting their
learning.

❖ The service will also include assistance in conducting inter-school and intra-school competitions
for the students. We will also assist the institution in organizing competitions and quizzes at
regular intervals during the course.
Inauguration ceremony:
❖ The company will plan the inauguration with the school management under mutual
understanding between the company and the school in order to make the inauguration
ceremony successful.
❖ The initial 3-4 sessions will be taken by our technical team, especially for inauguration
purposes.
❖ All technical equipment-related work for the inauguration will be done by the company.
❖ The company will provide assistance to the selected students before the inauguration to prepare
a presentation and explain about Robotics LAB to the chief guests and honorable people on the
day of the inauguration.
❖ The company will showcase the project and lab on the day of the inauguration. The explanation
part will be done by the students of the school itself to showcase their talent in front of guests.
Training/Visits:
❖ The Company, Padhai Help Pvt. Ltd. will provide 2-3 days of training to your students before the
inauguration on your school campus.
❖ The Company will provide 8-10 visits in a year and the extra visits, in case, if any, will be
charged accordingly.
Mentor Services
❖ If provided by the school, Padhai Help Pvt. Ltd would train the Personnel/Mentor regarding the
lab. This training period would be of 15-25 days.
❖ In case the school does not have a Mentor, then a Mentor would be provided by Padhai Help Pvt.
Ltd. However, in such a case, the school would be responsible for paying the monthly salary of
the Mentor
Quotation:- To provide the most efficient and effective services to help excel your students’
capabilities and ingenuity, this is our modest offering in the respective quote:

3. Trainer service Robotics Lab teacher services:

1. 3 Days/ week (Full Day School Time) 15K-18K
2. 6 Days/week (Full Day School Time) 25K-30K
Note: - The school has to choose a single quotation from the two given quotation choices.
Terms & Conditions:
❖ This quotation is for the exact equipment and services mentioned above. In case of new or
additional services or equipment, an updated quote will be assembled after mutual discussion.
❖ The payment would be made 50% in advance to start the services and the rest 50% of the
payment has to be done after establishing the lab.
❖ If the material has been damaged, stolen, or burned by the students or any third party, the
company will not be responsible for any damage to materials or any school property and there
will be no warranty for the material.
❖ The lab establishment will be completed in 30 days after placing the order.
