FOUR ESSENTIAL INGREDIENTS

Four things must accompany the hearing of God’s word.

1.HUNGER
MATT.5:6—Bulahan kadtong naningkamot pagtuman sa kabubut-on sa Dios
kay tagbawon niya sila.
__ Blessed are they wich do hunger and thirst after righteousness:for
they shall be filled.
Spiritual hunger is the beginning point of a work of a God’s Spirit. Ask the Lord to
give a hunger to knowing Him….[ These were more noble than those in
Thessalonica,in that they received the word with all readiness of mind,and searched
the scriptures daily , whether those things were so.” Acts 17:11]
2. REVELATION
Eph. 1:17--- Ug naghangyo ako sa Dios sa atong Ginoong Jesu Cristo,ang
gamhanang Amahan, nga hatagan unta kamog kaalam ug pagsabot sa mga gipadayag
aron kamo hingpitnga makaila kaniya.
--- That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of Glory,
may give you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him :
When the Holy Spirit takes a truth in His word and makes it alive to you,
this is called revelation .
As we study the word of God ask the Lord for a revelation of His Truth ,[ 2
cor.4:6 - Ang Dios nga miingon , “ Gikan sa kangitngit modan-ag sa iyang kahayag
sulod sa atong kasingkasing aron paghatag kanato sa kahibalo mahitungod sa
Himaya sa Dios nga nagdan-ag diha sa nawong ni Cristo.
3. FAITH----ROMANS 10:17;FAITH is our response to a revelation of God’s word.
Faith must be mixed with message for it to have an effect in our lives. Heb.4:2…kay
sa pagkatinuod ginawali usab kanato ang Ang Maayong Balita ingon usab kanila;apan
ang pulong nga hingdunggan wala nila pagpusli ,tungod kay wala pag-ubani sa pagtoo
niadtong mga nanagpakadungog;
4.REPENTANCE…obedience to God’s word involve action…[Acts2:37-38].We turn
from that whichdispleases the LORD and align ourselves to His will.
MULTIPLYING GOD’S WORD-[Acts 12:24] This manual has been designed
with the multiplication effect in mind .it is not just meant to be read .but to be
taught to others [2 Tim2:2]
Project 21 is not just for you to learn but for you to teach. And you can teach
others….to others..to teach others.In this way,God’s word multiplies through
you…. [Matt. 28:19-20](Eph.4:12-13)
