Based on the illustration above, An ERP system has eight phases such as planning, package selection, implementation,
optimization, maintenance, extending values, decaying performance and lastly the reimplementation. ERP system includes the
enterprise performance management, wherein it is a software that provides and helps in making a plan, budget, predict and report
on an organizational financial status and performances. It enables an business or an enterprise to foresee the flow of data
between them.
