 1. Identify some risks related with your Industrial Project?
Our industrial project was Dessie tourism and culture office website. We
did this website to solve the problem related with tourists information
providing, advertising historical heritage, promoting tourist destinations,
tourist booking, top placing reviewing also to reduce the cost and time of
both the tourist and the tourism office workers.

Risks that are related with this project:

Risks Description

Lack of communication There was lack of communication with the

office. i.e At first,They don’t want to give
information for us.

Lack of understanding of their work There was lack of understanding of how

they calculate there tax decision because it
is a broad field .

Cost Variance(budget related issue) The budget that is given by the university
was not enough.

Leadership risk Improper management of team member

may lead to schedule issue.
Lack of experience and skill of the We have no longer experience on the
