Theater play will open with Ate in the middle of a chaotic and mixed up situations of all the supporting
characters.

VO: Nasa akin ang desisyon, alam ko. At yun ang mas masakit dahil hindi ko pwedeng isisi sa kanila dahil
may choice ako para pumili pero hindi ko ginagawa.

(Black out)

Group of supporters ni Candidate and candidate approaching the scene. Kinakamayan yung mga
audience and namimigay ng flyers. Candidate will stand sa pulpit and will start na mangako sa mga tao.

Gerce: Ang panatang makabayan. Lahat tayo kabisado ang mga salitang kinalakihan natin. At hindi ba ito
na ang panahon na talagang makita natin ang panatang ito na maisakatuparan? Sama-sama tayo sa
daang ito, tutulungan ko kayo at tutulungan niyo rin ako.

People will agree murmuring and will clap their hands. Mabuhay ang bagong mayor!
Gerce will wave to the people and start attending to people.

Ate will appear in the scene looking at a flyer she received.

Workmate: Iboboto mo rin ba sya? Mukhang malakas yan ngayon sa tao..

Everything will freeze. Only Ate will be able to move.

Ate: Sinungaling.. Ilang beses ko ng narinig lahat ng pangakong yan? Dapat pa bang sabihin kung
mapapako rin naman? Sinusuportahan dahil sa kung ano ang ipinapakita pero ano ba talagang ang totoo
sa likod media?

Everything will go back to normal, ate will be bumped by a supporter ng candidate and things will go
back to how it was.

Workmate: Okay ka lang ba? Bakit natutulala ka? May gusto ka bang sabihin?
Ate: Ah? Wala.. wala akong gustong sabihin.
Workmate: Ah, okay! Tara na?

Both will exit on one side. Mother will enter in another side.

Mother: Nak, nakita mo ba kung nasan yung cellphone ko? Kagabi ko pa hinahanap.
Sister: Wala sakin..
Mother: (looks at sister thoroughly but backs out) Nasan kaya yun? Kamusta ang school mo?
Sister: Okay naman po.. maraming dapat gawin ngayon. Sana nga mag face to face na kami ulit..

Ate arrives at home.

Ate: Nandito na po ako. (put her bag down)

Sister: Ateeee.. Okay na ba yung request ko?
Ate: (looks at sister - give a slight smile) Oo napakiusapan ko na yung boss ko. Kailangan mo ba talaga
to?
Sister: Opo. Kailangan. (A fast smile)

Everything freeze.

Ate: Alam ko kung san mo gagamitin yung perang 'to. Sasaktan ka ng ng gagawin mo bakit mo pa rin
ginagawa? Di mo na nakikita? Bakit kailangang ako ang makakita? Bakit di pwedeng di ko na lang
pansinin?

Sister: San na 'te? (everything goes back to normal)

Ate: (gets the money) Ito na.
Sister: May gusto ka po bang sabihin?
Ate: Wala. Kunin mo na.
Sister: (looks intently at ate) Okay, thank you! The best ka talaga ate!

Mother: Nak nakita mo ba yung cellphone ko? Kagabi ko pa hinahanap..

Ate: Nilagay ko po sa drawer mo ma. Naiwan mo po kasi sa cr.
Mother: Ah ganun ba? Salamat nak.
Ate: (tries to reach out to her mom) (everything freezes) Bakit mo ginagawa yan ma? Bakit mo niloloko
ang sarili mo? Bakit mo sinisira ang pamilyang 'to? Alam ko kung sino ang kausap mo, sigurado akong
hindi yan si papa.. Ma kailan ka titigil? Di pa ka ba pagod?
Mother: (looks back at ate) Pagod? Ano yun nak?
Ate: Pagod lang po ako galing sa trabaho.. Papahinga na po ako.. (leaves the scene)
Mother: looks perplexed but goes out of the scene as well.

Keren is in front of the computer Facebooking.

Keren: Hmm. Ang cute nitong photo namin.. i-edit ko nga 'to. (gets her phone and uses it)

Ate enters the scene.

Ate: Anong ginagawa mo?

Keren: Uuuy.. ito nageedit. May mga nakita kasi akong filters na babagay sa photos natin.
Ate: Looks at Keren (silence)
Keren: Looks ate ate
everything freezes

Ate: Hindi yan ang nakita ko nung sanang tinulungan mo ako pero sa huli inisip mo pa rin ang sarili mo.
HIndi ka ba napapagod na maging ganyan? Tinatawag mo akong kaibigan? Anong klaseng kaibigan?
Huh?
Keren: Huh? Ano?
Ate: Aah.. Huh! Yan yung expression na pwede mong ilagay sa photo natin. Cute stickers!
Keren: Aaah. Okay!
Ate: (Breathes deep) Closes her eyes

VO: Kailan ka ba titigil na hahayaan ang mga bagay na ‘to na lokohin pa ako?
Kailan ba sila titigil na lokohin ka?

Bad Emotions will enter (Keren has to exit with getting much attention) and will take over Ate. Will leave
her weak and she will start to cry (still in the bench)

Will receive a notification in her phone. Ate will notice it and will get her phone. She will stop crying and
will start to be dived into what she is seeing in her phone. (flashes of what she is doing online will
appear in the screen) A notification will arrive asking her to click the link. She will think twice but will
click it and then this part will be the start of her dived into pornography. She will stop after 1 video and
will think.. then Gerce will enter in the scene.

Gerce: Miss? Okay ka lang ba?

Ate will look at him while sitting down, with teary eyes.
Gerce will touch her shoulder but..
Ate: STOP. Yang kamay na yan. San mo na hinawak yan? Yung kamay na ipangtutulong mo sa akin,
malinis ba ‘to at walang bahid ng kahit anong ginagawa mo lang kapag mag-isa ka?

Ate will stand up and then Gerce will move and will look worried.
Ate: Okay lang po ako. Di mon a ako kailangang kamayan.

Ate will leave the scene. Gerce follow ate leaving the scene. Gerce will also leave and then Kim will enter
the house.

Kim is scrolling photos in her phone. Shelma will also enter the scene calling someone in her phone.
Both of them will speak at the same time. Kim with her comments and Shelma speaking to someone on
the phone. Ate will enter and will look at them, will sigh and slowly sit down and will say..

Ate: STOP. Hindi nyo ba ako nakikita? Hindi? (will look at Shelma) Hindi nyo ba nakikita yung sakit na
nasa mga mata ko? Tinitignan nyo ako pero wala kayong nakikita dahil wala naman sa akin ang interes
ninyo. Nasa ibang bagay na hindi naman dapat bigyan ng atensyon! Tama lang na lumayo ako, mag-isa
kaysa makasama ang mga taong nandyan pero parang wala!

Kim: Wala? What do you mean wala?

Shelma: Nak pakihinaan ng boses mo.

Kim will leave the scene and Shelma will follow her leaving ate behind.
Ate will go to her phone. Screen will show what she is doing with her phone. She will pause a bit and
rest her head in the sofa and then she will start to watch “wrong videos” . Will receive a notification
from her workmate inviting her to the VYG. Will put her phone down and will close her eyes. Will start
to cry and cry..

Her workmate will come to their house.

Workmate: Andito ka lang pala.. (sees her crying) Masyadong mabigat ba?
Ate: Di ko alam kung anong dapat kong gawin. Gusto kong ayusin ang buhay ko pero parang mas lalo pa
‘tong bumabagsak..Pakiramdam ko walang kwenta ang buhay na ‘to, minsan gusto ko na lang matulog
tapos di na magising.
Workmate: Di mo lang nakikita kung gaano ka kalakas kaya inisip mo na mahina ka. Bilang isang youth
meron tayong lapses pero naniniwala ako sa nagsabi Sakin na bilang isang youth ako ay malakas at
kailangan nating maniwala na magagawa natin ang mga bagay na dapat nating gawin. Kailangan lang
natin sumunod.
Ate: Kanino? Kanino ako susunod na makakapagbago ng buhay ko?
Workmate: Sa taong nagsabi sa atin na malakas tayo. Yung laging nandyan para tumulong, yung Diyos.
Ate will look like not understanding.
Workmate: Pag-isipan mo yung sinasabi ko. Actually, pakinggan mo yung video na ‘to and
makakadagdag pa to para maintindihan ka.

Workmate will share the link of the live. Pr Michaels voice in the BG will come and Ate will start to listen
to it. While listening, Good reason dance will come in and will empower ate.

Bad emotions then will enter and they will fight.

VO’s of bad thoughts and the Word of God will be mixed up in her mind. Good reason will win.

Ate will open her eyes. STOP. STOP! This time hindi na kita hahayaan na talunin pa ako.
Ate will call her workmate.

Ate: Hello? This time sasama na ako sayo. Nakahanap na ako ng mas magandang option.
Workmate: Sigurado ka ba?
Ate will look at the flyer of VYG.
Ate: Oo, sigurado ako. Alam kong hindi ko na dapat pang balikan yung mga bagay na makakasakit lang
sakin. This time, hindi na ulit.

Ate will leave the scene.
