    30XW heat machine?
    Answer 1: When a chiller is operating as a heat machine, it will have a higher lift. The higher lift required
    by the chiller causes it to produce more sound. Please ensure sound attenuation methods are used to
    minimize the impact to the customer. Carrier is planning to offer a sound enclosure option for the 30XW
    chillers in the future.
