Introduction

It has been raining in Bataan, specifically in all of the kilometer stations within the project scope, since June 1, 2018
up to date (September 15, 2018; 107 days) non-stop. It is not advisable to do excavation works because many times there
is zero visibility. Now, we have come up a catch-up plan as requested.

Strategy:

 2 sections per 144 meter or 482.4 square meter road construction for PCCP
 Start excavation for drainage (regardless of weather, extra safety personnel needed if bad weather occurs)
 Construction of drainage (Diversion of water is required)
 Start trimming of trees, for single arm posts to be installed.
 Start of installation of wheelguards.
 Have Sunday as workday
