Responsibilities:
• Expertise in managing more than 18+ mechanical workshop contracts of Maintenance and spare parts
supply all over India.
• Good knowledge of running and setting up a new mechanical workshop on a completely outsourced
basis at various sites.
• Handling head office Mechanical workshop located at Kota and other sites which is having a setup of
heavy machines like Lathe, Shaper, Slotting, Boring, Universal Milling, Hydraulic Press, Magnetic
Drilling Machine, Power hacksaw, Balancing Machine, HOT Crane, EOT cranes, Hydra Cranes, etc.
• Good Knowledge of In-situ Machines- Flange facers, In-situ Drilling and Tapping, Removal of broken
bolts, Blue matching, etc.
• Good knowledge of Spares like Mud pumps-Liners, Retainers, Rubber parts, SA Fan, PA Fan, Die Plates,
Chlorinator drums, Hopper gates, Ferrule tubes, etc.
• Executive role experience in the machining of mechanical spares, overhaul, and maintenance of static
& rotary equipment (Gears and shafts, etc), and various mechanical critical jobs.
• Participated in an executive role in for fabrication and erection work of Storage Tank, Chlorinator
Drums, etc.
• Managing a key role in supervising Engineering applications and proper maintenance schedule and
Material requirement plan with the Engineering Dept by ensuring proper lubrication and primary
