This will bring up all ASMG employees with a Glencore online profile who are able to attend site. You will need to
check each current employee’s records. This can be done by clicking the green ‘Training’ button on the right hand
side of the screen, as below:

This will bring up all SOPS that employee has completed, the date of completion and the date of review. Arrange the
review dates from oldest to newest by clicking the down and up arrows in the review column:

Anything that is highlighted in red is what requires attention. If any documents require renewal, click on the ‘upload’
button. If it is an SOP that requires re-completion, you will need to inform the fitter and have them login to their
online profile to complete.

Create an AroFlo task with the Glencore portal link, the fitter’s username and password, along with the name of the
SOP required to complete. They can find their SOPS by clicking the ‘My Training’ at the top of the page:
