This hypothetical amount of calories intake is way below my normal level of calories
intake. I am a young man with high caloric needs and my daily caloric intake is about 2800
calories. This intake is sufficient for my proper nourishment and keeps me productive
throughout the day. At my age I have a high basal metabolic rate hence need more caloric
energy required for their growth and development. The above hypothetical calories intake
cannot sustain my daily nutrient needs compared to my daily caloric needs. As a result, to
maintain sufficient levels of intake of calories, I would have to adjust the above diet
My normal intake of calories is sufficient and meets the standard caloric intake needs
for my age. The above hypothetical caloric intake is as already stated below my usual intake
and cannot serve my daily caloric needs. Therefore, modifying my diet to reflect on it would
result to serious malnutrition and less productivity. I would not be willing and able to modify
my diet to reflect this intake as I am more physiologically active hence a higher resting basal
metabolic rate that would be affected by a lesser caloric intake. Reducing my caloric intake
would result to unhealthy weight loss while my aim has always been to maintain but a little
increase in my body weight would not be a course of concern as compared to the weight loss
that can result from the above hypothetical intake of calories. Additionally, my normal intake
of about 2800 calories a day has adequately supported my muscularity development and
since muscle require higher amount of energy for proper growth, development and
