He is a hardworking, dedicated and organized doctor. He used to pick the routine dermatology
cases efficiently and properly investigated and managed them. He used to look after the indoor
and outdoor patients properly. He always showed empathy towards patients. Also he managed
all dermatology emergencies during this period and conducted daily ward rounds. He also
learnt and performed basic dermatology procedures. Being a registrar, his maintenance of ward
attendance registers, duty rosters and other official record was up to mark. He helped in the
preparation and arrangements of lectures for final year MBBS class according to UHS syllabus.
He also actively conducted and participated in morning meetings. Because of his curious nature,
he was always eager to learn latest updates and guidelines in dermatology diagnosis and
