Semi-Unmanned Application Description– Uni-direction
Overview

This system is to control and Weigh the Trucks automatically. After getting
proper position, weight will capture through Application software automatically

Description of Sequence – Auto mode position

1. Truck reports to the Security cabin. Operator enters the Truck details in the
PC application software and issue one RFID card to the truck driver.
2. Truck reports to the Weighbridge with RFID Card.

3. Truck Driver verifies the scale is empty and Signal Mast traffic light will be
“Green”.
4. Driver has to move the Truck on the Weighbridge Platform.
5. Traffic light will become “red”
6. After getting proper position and stable weight Truck driver has to swipe the
RFID card in RFID reader located at the weigh bridge. (RFID Card already
issued after card entry in PC application.)
7. The Card Number will be checked for its validity in the PC Application
software and a command message will be sent to the Weigh Indicator to
check whether the card is VALID or INVALID.
8. If VALID Card then the Weighment will be recorded in the system
9. After Weighment getting over the Signal Mast Green lamp will glow
10. Auto and manual mode can be selectable by auto/manual switch
