    Merchant KYC Appendix 1:

    KBZ Bank Prohibited Merchants for both POS and KBZPay:

    We cannot accept businesses which sell illegal products or are involved in any illegal
    activities as defined by the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar. In addition, this
    prohibition also applies for:

    1. Merchants involved in the selling of bitcoins and other cryptocurrencies


    2. Merchants involved in the selling of narcotic drugs and substances for abuse
    3. Merchants involved in the trafficking of Counterfeit Products, Replicas or Fake
    Items.
    4. Merchants involved in distribution of Unauthorised Copyright Media and Software
    5. Merchants involved in Adult Entertainment (Pornography)
    6. Merchants involved in Child Abuse imagery and Child Pornography.
    7. Merchants involved in the trafficking of People or Human Organs
    8. Merchants involved in prostitution and pimping
    9. Merchants involved in the Dark Web, Jail breaker equipment, Hacking and Cracking
    materials.
    10. Merchants involved in the selling of weapons and ammunitions
