SUMMARY OF REGULATIONS
ON DEPOSIT MOBILIZATION
1. Customers can deposit, withdraw and perform other transactions related to savings deposits
at any transaction point in Sacombank.
2. Deposit saved: transfer of ownership, inheritance, guarantee, mortgage at the counter or
online in accordance with the laws and regulations of Sacombank.
3. When performing the transaction, the customer presents the savings card intact, not torn,
repaired or erased, valid ID/CCCD/HC and signed with the correct signature. Customers need
to fully check their savings card information before leaving Sacombank.
4. Customer's deposit is safe and confidential.
5.Customers are responsible for preserving their savings cards, without tearing or erasing
them. When the card is crumpled, torn, lost, the customer must immediately notify Sacombank
in order to avoid damage. Customers are responsible for the final ticket of the savings account.
6. Profits and losses when the Customer withdraws before the due date indicated on the
savings card or the due date of the renewal period shall be governed by the regulations of
Sacombank at the time of withdrawal.
7. The due date of the renewal period may be different from the due date of the first deposit
account stated on the voucher (unless the date coincides with a holiday, legal holiday or
Sacombank's policy) ,Customers need to verify on website www.sacombank.com.vn or contact
Sacombank for accurate due date information.
8. When receiving the savings card, the Customer confirms that he has read and understood
the rules and obligations when saving money in accordance with the regulations on savings
accounts provided by Sacombank at transaction sites and on the website www.sacombank.
com.vn
